They give me lots of personal attention, are knowledgeable and reliable. This is coming from a professional who is very demanding, intolerant, and not very nice when things don't go my way, your fault or not. These people have accommodated me for the past four years and I am very satisfied with their service.”
“You know, a business like this and guy like Bill are really, really hard to find. This man and his crew are pros, are so nice and priced so reasonably. My plate cracked and I had to give a speech the next day--called six dentists including my own--nope. They weren't interested, they weren't available, they would leave me without repairs for 2-3 days, and they would charge $350. As for how one is treated? Most dentists could learn a lot from Bill--no shaming, no humiliation, no looking down on anyone, no attitude, none of the "how could you get yourself in this situation" tsk-tsking that goes on in the dentist's office--none of the usual judgments one can sense even if never spoken in a dentist's office. From the moment I walked in, it was all about helping me. This place is Superior, and Bill is my new BFF! Casual but professional office, efficient and expert work. I'll be sending business their way!”

“I have been using the Prairie City, Folsom location for 3 years now; prior to relocating back to California, I utilized locations located in Tucson, Arizona. It has been my experience that the staff at the Quest Diagnostic locations in both locations have invariably been as professional as they have been courteous. The staff at the Prairie City, Folsom location is especially so. Given the seemingly low level of public discourse today where courtesy is not always returned, this is pretty amazing.
Update: My comments above still stand. Quest technicians perform an important task and that fact should not be taken for granted.”

MicroTest was professional and cooperative, lower priced than their nearby competitors, and even got my results earlier than the required turnaround time. Highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed more analysis.”

“I’ve been bringing my kids here for over 7 years now. The staff are friendly and compassionate. I love that this is such a large practice, because there is always a doctor available to see you. We adore our pediatrician but have also had a positive experience with all of the providers we’ve seen. It does tend to take a little longer to get well child appts than I’d prefer. They offer self scheduling, messaging, prescription renewal, and access to your child’s chart via MySutterHealthOnline.org. The office does use an out of state centralized call center, which can create a game of phone tag since you are not able to call back into the doctors office directly. During office hours they also provide phone advice via a registered nurse.”
“In my 30 years of consulting experience, Asbestech Laboratories has shown outstanding service and professionalism. I have used many laboratories across California and Asbestech has always been spot on with their PLM and TEM analysis. Never, have I received a false negative or positive result which goes a long way in this business. Asbestech is one of the few labs that can identify detachable levels of tremolite fibers in insulation and adhesive products.”

They ensured everything went smoothly, and I never felt like an inconvenience. Their warm demeanor and willingness to help left a lasting impression.
This experience was a stark contrast to the one I had at the Napa location last Friday at a scheduled appointment I had. The difference in service is significant, with today’s visit being far more pleasant and seamless. “So first off, you can't beat the price, I think it was $47 for a heartbeat package with a stuffed animal with the discount for booking online, photos/videos and printouts. A bargain! The stuffed animals are $40 alone!!Super clear images, we got a great video of our baby moving around!The tech was friendly and excited for us, and really went above and beyond. She was clearly very skilled. I believe she also does medical ultrasounds so she knows what she's doing.They don't necessarily have all the heartbeat animals on the website in stock, so call ahead if you want a specific one. I wanted a dino, but the bunny is very cute too.”

“Here's what you need to know about Quest Diagnostics: They have convenient locations, so try to find the closest to you and schedule early in the week, early in the day, and arrive early to check in. Usually, you'll get in quickly, but sometimes the wait can get longer, especially later in the day or week. The staff is skilled and trying their best to be helpful, so gratitude and patience goes a long way. They know you (probably) don't want to be there and try to get you in and out asap. Overall, our visits have been positive, but we've went in with a positive attitude too, and sometimes that makes all the difference in stressful situations!”
