“I spent two days going back and forth with T-Mobile technical support and apple support trying to get my phone fixed. Shahyar (not sure if I spelled it correctly) went above and beyond trying to help me. I was in the store two days in a row and he tried to help me but ultimately he couldn’t. He stayed after closing and helped me to get a replacement phone. I appreciate his excellent customer service and his patience. Tech support is so frustrating and he kept his composure!”
