From getting the estimate and setting the date and knowing the plan ahead of time, to the day of, everything went smoothly. The close date on my house was moved by a week, and the company was able to seamlessly switch the day I had booked with absolutely no hassle, which was a huge relief! I was really impressed with the customer service, and on the day of the move the two men who showed up were absolutely wonderful. Really professional, friendly, nice, I just can't say enough good things about them. They handled all my furniture with care and did an amazing job, and helped us set stuff up in our new home- and they finished faster than they originally estimated! I’m writing a long overdue review for Du-Wane and his team! Du-Wane and his team of 3 helped my parents move from the Bay Area to Folsom. We just met the max travel mileage and I’m so incredibly thankful for SC Movers! They were professional, punctual, safe, and the entire crew was calm and communicated very well. They were able to Tetris everything into the two trucks they brought. They were spot on for everything. Arrival time, travel time, when they expected to finish the job, and no surprise additional costs. Our quote was also extremely reasonable! They brought their own dollies and furniture blankets. They were so incredibly kind to my mom who changed her mind multiple times on where she wanted boxes at the destination house. Du-Wane and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would work with them again any day which says a lot since I also work in logistics. If you need a moving crew, GO WITH SC MOVERS!!! “Can't say enough good things about New Leaf. Stephanie and the rest of the crew are diligent, thoughtful, and speedy workers. They helped us massively downsize my in-laws after my mother-in-law passed, and we were so impressed we had them back to help filter our own possessions and then again to help us pack and move. All of those would have been incredibly painful and arduous tasks alone, and New Leaf got us through it all with a ton less stress and with a much better final outcome.
As if all their work wasn't enough: we were unsatisfied with the moving company we used, who made a very unorganized mess of the garage. It certainly wasn't New Leaf's fault, but nonetheless Stephanie and several others came back for a full day to pull it all out and sort it right - for free! - because they felt responsible as they had originally recommended the moving company to us. Suffice it to say New Leaf has my highest recommendation for both their work and their work ethic.”

Once we were ready to move, the packing crew showed up on time and were very efficient. The movers showed up on time, loaded the the truck and were off.
