“Okay, I have to say that this place definitely earns its 5 star google review rating. Here are the events of today:Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home.10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock.10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress.12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered.1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom!I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though.I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine.Thanks Young and Ken! I can tell you guys really tried to accommodate me. I'll be back for sure!”

“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”

“It's a fun place to go and have fun and laughter. If you get offensive easy it may not be the place for you. We all had a lot of fun and my group was of different ages. Service was ok. Drink prices were not bad they were average. The serve food but we didn't eat there.”

“I like Home Depot and there are more stores but this Lowes has its own parking lot and is convenient. We went in to check out BBQ grills and then also looked at patio furniture. The staff was nice and was not pushy. Still shopping around for new grill and possibly patio furniture but will not dive into them immediately.”

“12/17/23 We've been putting off installing our mailbox long enough ...until the post office tacked on a notice on our front door to do so. Here we are at this massive store & luckily we were directed by an employee to aisle 20 and BAM! Within minutes Hubby & I decided on one that can be mounted by our gate instep of having it mounted on the wall by our front door. Hubby says he had his drill set ready to go, all charged up. Yup, one day at a time, one item at a time. Hubby preferred this Home Depot location over the one in Montclair-it's rated better & it's bigger. The only negative is that it's in a heavily populated plaza-it gets crazy with the parking situation esp during peak times like weekends. We got lucky this time, we were in & out in record time (only coz we knew what we wanted, got it & paid at the self service check out). No muss no fuss-one & done”

“This review was for the key copy machine service only. The very moment I stepped into the store, i asked a Home Depot employee at the front where the key copy machine was and before I could even finish my thought he already knew as he saw I had keys in my hand. He directed me to where the self service machine was and told me to let him know if I needed any help.The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I was able to get the key copied in under 5 minutes and pay at the register in the next 2 minutes. It was very efficient and quick and I appreciate the help and professionalism from the staff. The key copy service was also considerably cheap assuming you select the cheapest option which is just the generic yellow metal key (without any special design).Overall, perhaps the most friendly and positive experience I've had at a Costco even though I was only their briefly it seemed like everyone was in a good mood.”

“Ordered parts for a new rig from NewEgg, and everything arrived, but the Mobo box was opened. Called NewEgg (mr Nunez) and he responded with a new Mobo shipped immediately, and not waiting for the return to get the replacement. Great service.”

“I purchased a 48" duel fuel range in 2018. I had an F00 error coed and the ovens stopped working. Turns after finally getting a tech on the phone it means the main brain has lost connection to the display board. The ribbon strip that connects the two needed to be cleaned and reversed and that has solved the problem. Once I was able to get a tech on the phone he was super helpful and knowledgeable. My only gripe it that it was hard to get to a human. I think if you ask nice they will even send you the repair manual, parts list etc. Not sure why this stuff is not self service.”
