“Every time I’ve gone here, the workers have been really helpful and friendly. They’re always willing to help me find what I’m looking for and point me in the right direction when I need assistance. I really appreciate the great customer service and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff are. It makes shopping here a much easier and better experience!”
“As a contractor, I’ve been a customer of U.S. Airconditioning for more than 8 years, as of when I’m writing this.
I work all over southern CA and pick up parts and equipment at many of their warehouses. I used to avoid their central warehouse in industry like the plague because of slow service. Even when I was the only customer in the shop, it would never take less than 30 minutes for my fans to come out of the warehouse—even if my order was already on will call. No other location operated that slowly.
This week has been different and Maximillian has been the face of the change.
Three days in a row my equipment has been out on the dock within a few minutes of my arrival and today Maximillian had my will call order waiting for me when I arrived.
I placed my order using their text message system and even though I placed it before they opened, Maximillian took initiative to reach out as soon as they opened and confirm my order.
This is a huge break from the past where I seldom received timely responses by text message.
Thank you, Maximillian! You deserve a raise! You have made picking up at Industry a pleasure instead of a chore.”
