“Small office in a convenient location for us whenever we go to Rowland Heights for lunch. The bank's website have room for improvement but the friendliness and genuine help from branch manager Victoria Liang more than makes up. She always make time to greet us when we visit her branch, and when help is needed, she knows what buttons to push to help us get things done. Highly recommend for Asian customers who need more personal attention than what big banks can offer”
“I will share with you that calling the Customer Service number for anything will result in a very bad experience and complete nightmare! The reps over the phone are horrific at best.

“Review#306....How does This Walmart receive such low ratings?! That is beyond me. If I read others' reviews, I would never have shopped here. I'm only taking a star off for the insanely long lines, but now they have opened up self check out sections. I don't understand how they got way down to 1.5 stars? If it had to do with missing shelves during the Pandemic, well....that is just inflation caused issues. I only drop by here if I can make Early Saturday AM was due to pouring crowds at any time. I used to print pics here too which were $.29 per 4*6 print prior to the Pandemic before I switched off to CVS Pharmacy's printers because there's a CVS like less than 10min of a drive from me. Like everything else, there are alternatives.”
“Convenient location but the only down side is they only allow 4 customers inside due to COVID, so there's a very long line all day. The average wait time here is around 20~30 mins. I got tired of waiting so I drove down Colima road and found another branch near HK plaza within 3 minutes, and there's literally no wait line at all. So if you see a long line here, might be better off go to a nearby branch.”
“Stopped in today to try and deposit a couple hundred bucks through the ATM got 100 in… Then addressed every ATM machine they had here… Trying to get the other hundred in… After waiting in line for just a few moments a wonderful banking associate named Tania stepped up and addressed the situation Made for a very pleasant banking experience, indeed thank you very much”
