“Convenient location but the only down side is they only allow 4 customers inside due to COVID, so there's a very long line all day. The average wait time here is around 20~30 mins. I got tired of waiting so I drove down Colima road and found another branch near HK plaza within 3 minutes, and there's literally no wait line at all. So if you see a long line here, might be better off go to a nearby branch.”
“I will share with you that calling the Customer Service number for anything will result in a very bad experience and complete nightmare! The reps over the phone are horrific at best.

Despite calling corporate support in advance to make sure I understood the requirements and availability of funds for my transaction, Chase’s processes and general lack of care from most people I spoke with left me unable to access my money when I arrived in this branch and needed it. I was so fed up I was ready to close all my Chase accounts. When I felt lost, Aracely found me, helped me navigate all the “not possible”s to get me set up again and Alex helped finish the transaction. They saved my Chase relationship by being genuinely helpful people.”
“Small office in a convenient location for us whenever we go to Rowland Heights for lunch. The bank's website have room for improvement but the friendliness and genuine help from branch manager Victoria Liang more than makes up. She always make time to greet us when we visit her branch, and when help is needed, she knows what buttons to push to help us get things done. Highly recommend for Asian customers who need more personal attention than what big banks can offer”
