“I just want to say Juana was a literal angel. I had my car and mailbox broken into and someone kept accessing my accounts. I felt overwhelmed, helpless and violated. I was literally at the brink of tears walking into the bank. I was already dealing with a loss in the family so this fraudulent activity was more than I was able to bare at the time. I went to the Garden Grove location and although the teller was nice she didn’t really help me in any way. Juana took her time, listened and gave me the number to the identity protection department. I really believe God makes no mistakes and sent me an angel in my time of need. She was so professional and empathetic . She started an account for me but it was more like a therapy session and she was my therapist. She listened,shared stories of her pup and even got my dog some dog treats from the back. There really are NO words to express how grateful I am. It is just an example of no matter the job or position, a person of God is always doing Gods work. So grateful and thankful. Thank you Juana (from me and Chewbacca) for being my angel when I was about to break.”

I had an issue at a different branch location, and came here to explain what had happened and how i was disappointed with the false hope/miscommunication I was presented with. They both took the time to listen as well as try to find solutions to take care of me as their valued customer to do anything they can to help resolve the issue that had happened at a different location. Again, I'm so glad these two were able to start off the help I needed and escalate the matter further to get better assistance and resolve the issue for me. Happy holidays, and thank you both again !”
