“Banfield Pet Hospital was open on a Saturday when our regualr Vet was not. They quickly saw our dog and treated her & addressed the issues. Banfield Pet Hospital in Walnut provided us with needed medication to take home for our pup as well as providing me with the infomation of how to use it. They also provided a cone for her so she would not lick her area of concern. Within 1 hour of being home from Banfield Pet Hospital in Walnut, CA, out pup was doing well and the next day, you would not even know she had an issue. So happy to have found Banfield Pet Hospital!”

“After getting our first cat together, my boyfriend and I wanted to find a vet we could trust. We have had some negative experiences in the past with our family pets, but we are new to the area and we were excited to get a fresh start with our own new fur baby.
We adopted Cash knowing he had some upper respiratory stuff going on, because his personality was just so unique. Being a bit sick wasnt his fault, and he just matched our personalities very well.
The staff and Dr.Dimitra were very straightforward and honest about possibilities, pricing, and any reasoning behind any tests. He needed many, because he had severe GI issues and was still sneezing and congested. They gave us options and listed out pros and cons of each cleanly. We decided to get all of Cash's tests done so we could find what was going on with him and help him get better as soon as possible. They were able to find he was positive for FCV and multiple parasites, and they helped set us up with his medications to treat his issues. It's also worth noting that they take great care in keeping spaces safe for other pets. Since they believed Cash could be contagious, they kept him seperate from other shared spaces and requested my boyfriend wait outside of the lobby with him while I waited for his prescription.
During the time of treatment, any time I had questions, Dr.Dimitra and the care team at sunnycrest was just a simple email or call away. They consistently respond to my questions within hours and they were very supportive and understanding with me when I had expressed issues administering his medications.
Though it is still very early in Cash's life, we feel quite blessed to have found Sunnycrest for any of his medical needs. I do like them there, and look forward to working with them in the future for his annual check ups.”

“I came here after an absolutely awful experience at Southern California Animal Hospital, and they graciously accepted me and my cat last minute for much needed xrays. I live over an hour away from SCAH and Adam's, and I very much appreciated them seeing me, especially when it was close to their lunchtime and my cat's meds had worn off, so she was SPICY. The front desk, techs, and doctor were all so friendly and helpful, and even apologetic about my experience with the first place. I am so grateful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
“Friendly, privately owned, courteous & attentive staff. Compassionate vet staff. Kind to people & pets, not brusk or overly focused on doing their own task/workday stuff rather than beingbwith you and/or pet. Will work with you financially to help your pet. Decent parking, keeps appt times, allows walk-ins, will transfer previous vet records to them.
One thing that is defficient is not having some kind of on-site pickup pharmacy for standard meds, particularly flea/tick pills & the like. They will provide pills, ointments, etc. for surgical procedures, obviously. But for other things, waiting & submitting subscriptions is tedious.”

“I wish I would have taken my dog to this clinic sooner. Maybe if I had my dog would have received the proper care he needed. The staff is great. The doctors are amazing. They take their time with you and answer all your concerns. They give you all the possible information you need to make the best decision you can for your pet.
In the time we visited this clinic, we were always treated with courtesy, compassion, empathy, and respect. I could go on and on about how amazing they are. Ultimately, our doctors' estimate prediction for our dog was accurate and he is no longer with us. Even in the end, the group of people working here really made us feel reassured about leaving our little one with them. If you are ever in the position where your beloved pet is near the end or has passed, they make the whole process really simple for you so that you can focus on grieving. They arrange everything for you and there is nothing for you to worry about.”

Finally, after several customers asked any employees about getting another register open and we're told they couldn't open one, magically, after more than 10 minutes and 10 people waiting in self check out, a register was opened.”

Honestly, I wouldn’t trust my four dogs with anyone else.
The clinic is always super clean, but what I love most is how the doctors truly care. You can tell they aren't just doing their jobs—they really put their hearts into treating every patient with so much detail. Plus, the entire staff is just incredibly kind every time we walk in.
The pricing might be a bit higher than some other places,
but in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth it for the level of care and peace of mind you get. You really get what you pay for, especially when it comes to family.
I plan on staying with this clinic until the very end, until my babies cross the rainbow bridge.

“I came in with no patient history for my cat needing emergency care. They ultimately couldn’t help me, but that’s not their fault—they just weren’t equipped for what I needed.
They still dropped everything and took my kitty back immediately to do what they could, they still showed concern and compassion, and they helped set me up to go over to an animal hospital equipped to do the services I needed. Their compassion and urgency made me feel like I was in good hands even in a moment that felt out of control for me. After I left, they called to give me updates about some paperwork, and asked *me* to update *them* about how everything works out for us.
Human to human care, even when it’s about animals, means so much in this world. This team has that in spades. I wish I could give ten stars.”

“Have been taking my pets for yrs here. Great customer service. Easy interactive process by text. I would highly recommend to text, they respond quick. They are closed from 12-1:30 I believe. They've taken care of my fur babies for yrs. Even during Covid. Have had two losses and they have provided excellent care and explained the process thorough we even had our pets cremated which was provided by an outside service but they arranged which made it convenient.”
