“I have nothing but good things to say about Andrew. I just had my fourth fit by him, all on different bikes and he is very knowledgable in what he does. He is also genuinely one of the most kind human beings you will ever come across. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does, highly recommend him, he is worth the wait!”

“Highly recommend. Dale was very helpful and generous with his time. I got the sense he has this shop purely for fun and selffulfillment, as he certainly didn't care about trying to charge some crazy amount for everything like we've experienced at other bike shops. He troubleshooted and fixed an issue with our bike for free.He definitely has a personality, and it shows, and that's part of the appeal.”

“Jerry went above and beyond to get my bike back into shape after it had been severely compromised from falling over behind my RV. It was drug along and he saved it. Thanks to Sue as well. Great folks to work with at Pedego Upland. Thank you. Kurt.”

“My mom brought my 4 year old sons balance bike in after we lost a few parts while he was riding that kept one of the wheels on. The team at Cyclery USA went above and beyond searching for parts in their storage until they were able to find what they needed to get the bike fixed! My son couldn't have been happier seeing his bike back to working order. Thank you for all the help and kindness you showed my family!”

“I took my vintage mountain bike to BikeFix. I had the gear shifters replaced with NOS. Also replaced my tires. Finished it off with a tune-up. The bike rides like it’s brand new! I am happy with the services provided. The cost was fair too! I recommend this bike shop with a 5 star rating! 👍”

“I have a Go Trax CTI Series E Bike. My issue is that my rear bike brake metal cable needed to be tightened, and my front bike brake cable needed to be replaced, it looked like it was going to snap. Vic is very professional and friendly. He is very clear about the prices and services. (~4% Card Charge, Bring Cash) And worked fast. He took about an hour to fix my bike. It costed me ~$45 (New Front Brake Cable, Adjustment of Rear Brake Cable, Inspection, Fast Turnaround). Overall, Vic is a great guy and a person that you can trust with your bike that need repairs. Not to mention, the plentiful of great used/new bikes. 5/5 Stars”

“Camping at G Bonelli and decided to ride our bikes to Ace. When we finished shopping I noticed a large staple in my hub tire. With a flat tire I googled bike shop near me. We pumped up the tire and rode the two minutes to E Bike. We were greeted warmly and immediately took us in and solved all my problems. They had a tube for me then installed the tube at a reasonable price. Very nice and knowledgeable staff.”

“If you’re scrolling through reviews, you’ll probably see a mix of opinions, which honestly surprises me! I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this company—not just once, but twice. From start to finish, their customer service exceeded my expectations. A few months ago, I purchased a Kasen Kabbit e-bike off Facebook Marketplace, but unfortunately, someone cut through two of my locks and stole it. Even though I wasn’t the original purchaser, Kasen’s customer service team still went above and beyond, helping me gather all the necessary information for my police report and insurance claim. The fact that they were willing to assist me despite not buying directly from them speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. That level of support is rare, and it truly sets them apart! When it came time to buy a new e-bike, Dylan, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, making the entire buying process fun and stress-free. He really took the time to understand my preferences and helped me pick the perfect e-bike for my style and needs. Now, four days in with my new bike, I’m completely hooked. The ride is smooth, the quality is top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a big fan of what this company is doing and wish them nothing but continued success!”
