I visited Chase bank today. I needed help with adding an additional email and staff went above and beyond to try and help me. I don't recall her name but Mrs. Robles did not turn down the challenge. Thank you so much for your help.

Staff consistently demonstrate poor customer service. Their response to routine banking requests is “ we can’t do that here” and tell you to go online or call customer service. They are consistently short of tellers but have staff available to greet you.Truthfully, they would need to improve to earn one star.

What I really wanna say is trust the rating on Yelp, I'm sitting on waiting area for 30mins and no one come to talk to me. Great rest place
