I especially appreciate the Merrill representative. Fernando Rosales is so good at helping seniors manage their wealth that I wanted to hire him as my personal money manager. Fernando is smart, courteous, and patient. He’s also able to listen to seniors blab. I used to tease my mother (when she was in her seventies and eighties) about telling salespeople in department stores and handymen in our homes her life stories. She was always more talkative than I was and am, but now that I’m retired and so don’t have the pleasure of talking to captive audiences as I did during my over 30 years as a teacher, I’m much more chatty. Fernando can patiently listen to seniors’ probably boring to him stories while quickly and efficiently completing the work he needs to do before his next appointment.”
