I recently opened a private mailbox here because their prices are fair, and the team made the process seamless. As a local realtor, I’ve also started using their printing services for my marketing materials, and the quality has been excellent. It’s so refreshing to support a small business that truly values its customers.

“I have used Claremont Heights Postal Center for two years. They are wonderful. They are always upbeat and positive, and they have never lost one of my packages. If I am out of town I don't have to worry about packages getting stolen from my porch at home. It is great to have so many services from one place. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.”

“Been coming here for about two years now and use them for sending packages out, notarizing and holding packages so they don’t get stolen from my doorstep while I’m away. I use them probably 1-2 times a month and have never had a qualm. Parking is kind of tight and can be a pain sometimes but it’s not a deal breaker.”
