“This UPS location is unprofessional and doesn't deserve a franchise. My 3 experiences with them have been frustrating and time consuming the new management is clueless rude and embarrassing.
I came pick up my 4 paid packages and Brianna the new manager stated that packages needed to be paid for and I couldn't take them then mentioned she would return the perishable goods back to sender If I didn't pay an additional 20.00 a box times 4 or 80 dolls. In front of line of customers she told me to not touch the boxes and mentioned the owners were out of the country and couldn't be reached to solve the problem.
Then she pulled one box on counter to scan it and found there was no additional charge after all now shes red faced an embarrassed from being wrong and making a big deal in front my self and other guest. I asked for her full name she refused.
This location lacks communication and procedure skills. BTW I hardly ever write a bad review. The UPS address 154 Foothill Blvd Upland Ca. Owner please train your staff on customer service.Im looking for new carrier and location.”
“The print service staff were very helpful in person and over the phone. The online print order process was good and ready the same day within a couple hours! Also, Madison was a huge help and informed me of how to use their print services through email, very useful for next time.”

“I normally place my mail in the blue box in front of the PO. But I had to go in to mail an envelope. I didn't wait too long in line. I normally go after 12:30 p.m. for parking. If you go early, there will be less parking. The inside was roomy in line. There is a self check out stand to weigh and pay for your items. There are helpful, courteous, friendly staff helping you. Also to the right, it is the passport area. You need to make an appt if you are getting a new or renewal passport. The left side is the personal post office boxes. It is very spacious.
Since the PO closed on Mountain, I drive to the Upland one on Arrow Highway. It is across from the Padua Pasta place.
I would recommend this PO.”
“I have been coming here for a couple of years. There is 1 young man that works here named Luke. He is always welcoming and helpful! I was moving a month back and could not find my box of pictures and magnets. Many keepsakes. I left him my phone number and he called me before I could get out of the driveway. He found them! Thankful for people like Luke!”

There is a Staples around the corner from my house, but I will be driving to this location from now on for the outstanding customer service from Serena!”
