On this recent visit, I was greeted upon arrival by a staff member who promptly inquired about my needs. I explained that I needed to print out some photos from my phone. The staff member directed me to the print and copy center, where I was assisted by a very courteous young lady. She provided clear instructions for emailing the photos to the center and patiently guided me through the process. I was impressed by how quickly I received a confirmation barcode, allowing me to proceed with the printing. However, I did encounter a slight setback when it came to printing the photos on photo paper. Nevertheless, a staff member assisted me in creating the prints in their system. Two 4x6 photos ended up costing $13.45, which I found to be on the pricier side. Despite this, I appreciate the efficient service provided by the staff and the convenience of the print and copy center. While the pricing could be more competitive, I would still recommend Staples in Upland for its range of services and helpful staff.”

“It was good 3window clerks. Long lines. The window clerk that was helping me had to close her window, because her machine was acting up. So I was helped buy another clerk after she finished with her customer. Then I had stamps from 2006 I asked did they have any 1 cents stamps she said at least there office didn't have any. She asked me if I wanted to use my stamps to put on my package. If so I would have to get out of the line and do so. She told me the price for Priority. Was 9.00 my stamps were 29 cents, 39cents and up. After having to wait because the teller I went to machine broke down . And move to another window. There was no way I was getting out of that line. I know things happen.”

“I went here today to return some Amazon items. Super simple and painless. The guy who processed my return was thorough telling me to look out for a message from Amazon and letting me know I could take a picture of the labels of my returns so I had proof or a receipt. I didn't feel the need to do so, but I thought it was above and beyond of him to offer. The staff seem friendly, the space is cool with a/c. They have a variety of boxes for shipping and other items for your shipping and printing needs.”
