“This place is great. I've been a customer for 7 years. I have all my business mail delivered here and have never had an issue. Every time I go in for a personal matter or to make an Amazon return, the staff is friendly and no packages have ever been lost. The owner is a good person and on top of his staff. I was shocked to see some of these other reviews here, but I think sometimes people conflate a problem that might be more specifically related to UPS in general with just this specific store, which is sad to see. From my perspective you can confidently do business with this location and have a great experience.”

“I needed passport pictures at short notice. Tried the warehouse clubs and pharmacies but was unable to get this done. Went to Staples and Ren in the printing and copying section helped me right away - despite being overwhelmed with a work order , AND the fact that this store is currently understaffed like most other businesses. Staples passport picture equipment has the best software and adjusts the size of the pictures according to the requirements of different countries (also in database)”

“Surprisingly efficient! I came here to have my fingerprints taken. It was lunchtime and holiday season so the office was quite busy. The postal workers were efficient, kind, and helpful. One worker (Asian man) was making sure everyone in line was taken care of and had their questions answered. I can tell they were doing their best to serve everyone :)”
