“I cannot say enough about this place, its owner and the service provide. They go above and beyond for their mailbox tenants, shipping customers and more. Even just dropping packages here is not only very secure but very pleasant. They are as thorough as they are friendly. Such a welcome and fitting addition here in Claremont.”

“The Village Postmark offers services ranging from printing, to PO Boxes, and even virtual business addresses. I personally have a PO Box here, as well as my business address service here. Everyone here is amazing! The service and quality is exceptional, and I've never had a bad experience. They also offer some of the best pricing for printing in the area. Whenever I go to pick up or drop off mail, I am greeted warmly, and asked how my day is going. It's just so nice! Not many places are like this anymore, and I truly value the commitment to service, the kindness, and the pricing of their services. I get such a great deal on the PO Box that I almost feel bad! They seem really committed to the community, and I honestly hope they never go anywhere, because it would be a huge loss to the Village, and the surrounding community as a whole.

During an exceptionally trying time the owner did a kindness above and beyond just being a good human being. It may sound corny, but they put some faith back into humanity for me. I walked out of their establishment with my mother crying because she was so moved by their generosity and kindness, it's something in this day and age the world is sorely missing and I just needed to mention it and say Thank you so much for what you did. It might have seemed small, but it was just so big to us, and mad a really hard time just a little lighter.

So aside from great service and great value, the people here are just great People! So do yourself a favor and go to the Village Postmark for your mailing and PO Box needs.”

“This is my go to postal center! As a notary public and process server, I have a lot of out going mail/packages. Imelda, Zach and Johnson have helped me out ship documents over seas to Bosnia and the Philippines. Mail court documents all over California and provide the best insight on which service to use for each destination.
A big thank you to the team here.”

“I am responding to the several selfish, unthoughtful negative reviews posted recently. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.”

“Lisa could not have been any friendlier! I was shipping off an EBay order and she noticed that it already included a shipping label. She walked me through the process of shipping it and was friendly, professional and supportive at every step. Would absolutely recommend again!”
