“I was so pleased to find Sophie's jewelry so close to where we live. They had great reviews and explained one of their specialties was restringing necklaces and bracelets. My wife had a silver necklace as a gift from my daughter which a child had broken. I took it down and they did a beautiful job. It's been restrung with a more durable cord and apparently they polished it all up. The price was very very reasonable. I couldn't say enough about this place. They have a beautiful selection of what appears to my eye, custom jewelry.”

“I had chain of beads that I needed to repair as one of the beads got disconnected. I took it to a shop in Pleasanton where the owner was rude and quoted me $40. I then took it to Design4U. The lady there was very friendly, fixed it within a few minutes and charged me just $10. I then looked at my chain and I couldn’t make out where the repair was done as it was flawless. I highly recommend this place for jewelry repair”
