Nick was very pleasant, straightforward and professional, and clearly explained what we were doing, how the value/pricing went, etc. He paid me what I consider very good value for the gold Items. In conversation he also filled me in on brief history of the commemorative/souvenir items that had little current value. All-in-all a very productive visit.”

“My recent visit to the Aquarian Era New Age shop in Concord was nothing short of magical. This store came highly recommended by my son, who had previously purchased a beautiful lapis lazuli crystal point for me here. Upon entering, there was a warm and inviting atmosphere. There's a good energy that makes you feel at ease. I was greeted by Haley, a knowledgeable and helpful staff member who guided me through their impressive selection of crystals and stones. Her expertise in helping me find protective stones was exceptional. My son, meanwhile, engaged in an enlightening conversation with Joshua while searching for his items. The staff's expertise and friendly demeanor stand out, enhancing the shopping experience. A highlight of my visit was Haley's skillful rewrapping of my lapis lazuli crystal point, which had detached from its pendant. This gesture of customer service was deeply appreciated. Their product range is extensive and intriguing. I purchased a pink opal bracelet, a black tourmaline pendant, several bundles of sage, and incense, among other items. There was a steady flow of customers, a testament to its popularity and the quality of service provided. Although they didn't have a copy of "The Book of Stones" by Robert Simmons for sale, they generously offered a store copy for reference. It's these thoughtful touches that make a difference. The store's commitment to diversity and representation is also commendable. Owned by Mel, an African-American, the shop features tapestries and prints depicting African-Americans, including a unique chakra chart with an African-American woman (shop logo). It was refreshing and inspiring to see these prints that look like me. Aquarian Era New Age shop is the place to go for anyone interested in crystals, stones, and spiritual growth. The exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, inclusive atmosphere and wide selection of metaphysical items and products make it my new favorite local store. I spent over three hours there and can't wait to return!”
