“My car failed while driving, the shop i normally go to has closed permanently. The tow person referred me to Charlie's. While the damage to my car was severe (electrical short that destroyed 3 parts, one of which i replaced recently), he was able to diagnose it quickly and repair it as fast as the parts came in. He didn't charge me for one part and worked with me on picking up my car once it was finished. Since my usual shop is closed and I was treated so well, I will come back and referr this shop to everyone I know. Thank you for helping me get back on the road.”

“I highly recommend all valley transmission and auto repair. I was referred to them by another mechanic for transmission work, but the problem ended up being with the engine, they diagnosed it, fixed it, noticed my serpentine belt was cracking and recommended replacing it. They did everything at a fair price, the truck runs like new now.”
“I have a Tesla with three tires that had pretty good tread, was only looking to replace my one tire with a nail in it, knowing this I went to a tire shop (Les Schwab) and they pressured me to change all four of my tires. Said it would put stress on my transmission if I didn’t (my car doesn’t have a transmission), Guy talked to me like I was stupid, so I looked at them like they were crazy and went here instead.
Very very nice, did not feel pressured at all to buy any tires, really nice staff. The guy even offered to fix the nail in my tire. Honestly I just wanted a new tire — so I bought a new tire for myself and went on with my day. I told my coworkers about this experience with them. I’m pretty satisfied. Thank you guys! ?? I’ll be going here for my tire needs.”
