“Good customer service, I had to call Chris to get me in for pre-purchase inspection and honestly without him getting me in on the same day without an appointment and inspecting car for me, I could have end up buying a defective car. He made sure to check everything starting with the system and checking the engine and under the car. I felt good using him and most likely I will use him to inspecte any car I might buy in the future. Thank you Chris and keep up the good work.”

“My car failed while driving, the shop i normally go to has closed permanently. The tow person referred me to Charlie's. While the damage to my car was severe (electrical short that destroyed 3 parts, one of which i replaced recently), he was able to diagnose it quickly and repair it as fast as the parts came in. He didn't charge me for one part and worked with me on picking up my car once it was finished. Since my usual shop is closed and I was treated so well, I will come back and referr this shop to everyone I know. Thank you for helping me get back on the road.”

“This is the second time I’ve taken the BMW for inspection. Moses is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever met. Both times he didn’t charge me and diagnosed the problem, had to take auto somewhere else for the repairs. Anyone else would have charged a diagnostic fee. I will definitely be back.”
“I have a Tesla with three tires that had pretty good tread, was only looking to replace my one tire with a nail in it, knowing this I went to a tire shop (Les Schwab) and they pressured me to change all four of my tires. Said it would put stress on my transmission if I didn’t (my car doesn’t have a transmission), Guy talked to me like I was stupid, so I looked at them like they were crazy and went here instead.
Very very nice, did not feel pressured at all to buy any tires, really nice staff. The guy even offered to fix the nail in my tire. Honestly I just wanted a new tire — so I bought a new tire for myself and went on with my day. I told my coworkers about this experience with them. I’m pretty satisfied. Thank you guys! ?? I’ll be going here for my tire needs.”

I brought in my dodge charger because it was overheating and I was 90% sure it was going to be an expensive head gasket job, but they found out that it was just the temperature gauge that needed to be replaced. They could have easily lied and went through with the head gasket job and cost me $3000 or more but they didn't! Thank you!!!”

“I know it's a cliche to say I would give 10 stars, but I seriously mean it.
I used to take my vehicle to another local shop however I finally parted ways with them this year over several issues, one of them being prices, and another was that they always were seeming to find things that needed to be replaced (even though said shop had just replaced the part a year ago as an example). The most recent findings this year would have cost me closer to $1000, so I decided to get some other estimates. I called several other local shops and I was quoted $250-$400 less for the work.
Ultimately I choose K R Automotive after having a nice conversation with them and reading the great reviews on here.
Dropped my car off today for them to check out the said repairs that were needed and ultimately they did not need to be done. I was assured my car was safe to drive.
I seriously don't know how many other shops would have this integrity but I know I left today feeling assured by a very experienced mechanic which I am very grateful to.
This will be my go to shop from now on.”
“Great place to refill your propane tanks. Friendly staff, and he's really fast. Prices beat Lowes/Home Depot. Can't go wrong! Although make sure you don't take all the propane, I may be coming by again to refill my tank for a BBQ. Gordon's is closed on weekends, so make sure you plan ahead and get your tanks refilled during the week otherwise you're SOOL.”
