“I have been taking my car here for as long as I’ve had my car. (Breaks, Check Engine Light and this time a leak in my gas line). The problem is always fixed well. I do believe I am getting honest service and a fair exchange for help received for the amount I paid. I recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t know where to take their car and wants the confidence of knowing they are not getting ripped off.”

“I recently had my passenger rear window replaced by Superior Auto Glass and couldn't be more impressed. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in the same day, which I wasn't expecting at all. On top of all that, the pricing was very reasonable especially for the quality of work and how quickly they got it done. I had called around before and Superior Auto Glass beat the competition without cutting any corners. Randy was knowledgeable and courteous. The work itself was quick, clean and precise. It's rare to find a business that combines quality work with that level of responsiveness. If you need auto glass repair or replacement, look no further. Superior Auto Glass has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!”

“I had two big issues that were completely fixed. One issue was my car was overheating and would shut down transmission and stop the a/c and the air altogether. Warren ran the right tests to find the problem and ensure that it held a safe and stable temperature. I have not had any issues since, and I have had to drive a lot in town in the peak of the summer heat. The air and a/c works way more consistently now as well. The other issue was a sputtering of the engine whenever I would accelerate from a stop. Massively annoying issue that was never addressed when I took the car to the dealer numerous times. Warren's immediate hunch about the underlying problem proved to be correct, as his repair made my car feel almost brand new. I never knew it could run so smooth as a ten year old car with ~200k miles on it. I have not felt my car run this way since it was still new. Major kudos to the work done at Complete Car Care. It's been nearly two months since repair and the car has ran great and without issue. They really do care about getting your car's problems fixed here.”

“Everyone at this shop is a 10! My 4Runner is 19 years old. They repaired some fuel line issues, and evaluated my vehicle. It has been well maintained and only had 119,000 miles on the odometer. I feel confident that my vehicle is in great hands.”

“Changing my review, and here’s why; once I was actually in touch with a human at this location, everyone I dealt with was courteous, polite, empathetic, competent, and transparent. The ai process is worth taking off at least half a star, but I really feel that the human team went so above and beyond that I’ll give it back to them. They even gave my car back cleaner than I gave it to them.”

“After returning to Fresno in the late 90s it took a number of years to find a professional auto repair I could trust and have confidence in expertise. I have brought many of my cars here and highly recommended to friends and relatives. As good as it gets.”

“I had such a positive experience at this family owned auto repair shop. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and at ease, like I was speaking with family or close friends rather than a business trying to upsell me. They are honest, caring, and clearly not out to take advantage of anyone. Alex, the receptionist, was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She was kind, polite, and welcoming. Vrej, the owner, took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the car issues clearly, and made sure I understood everything. His team of mechanics was professional and did excellent work. The customer service was top quality from start to finish. They made sure I was comfortable while waiting and handled the problem with care and integrity. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them.”

“Recently, the A/C on my Honda CRV went out. I called my local tire shop, who referred me to SNAPP’s. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning, and they diagnosed it quickly. Ted walked me through what was wrong, what needed to be done, what the cost would be, and the turnaround time. He made it all happen, and now my A/C is running like new. I’ll be using SNAPP’s to do my annual A/C maintenance moving forward. Thank you Ted & team!”

“I took my slow leaking alloy wheel and tire off of my Vette into wheel king. Ron took care of me and it wasn't more than about 5 min and he confirmed that the leak was at the bead. It took them not more than about 15 maybe 20 min after that to grind off the erosion on the inside of the rim that was causing my leak. And to my surprise as I waited the other gentlemen at the counter that I conversed with turns out to be the owner Greg working at the front counter and I believe he said 42 years strong and counting! Its not often you find the owner of such a prestigious business working the front counter providing top notch service as Greg was! Both Greg and Ron had old school work ethic and I was super impressed with the service from the moment I walked in the store as well as the amazing display of wheels and tires. This place is the ultimate hook-up for your wheel and tires needs!”
