She answered all my questions through text before I came in to test drive and finalize things. “My skid plate was essentially in pieces and barely holding it together. I was going on a cross country trip for work and didn't have time to wait on parts to arrive. I ended up choosing this place because of the reviews and I'm glad I did. Guy who answered the phone was so kind and let me come in same day to get my skid plate more securely attached. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Highly recommended for smaller jobs, customer service, and honesty. They are also Lexus authorized apparently, although I don't have a Lexus (I have a Hyundai)”
“I had two big issues that were completely fixed. One issue was my car was overheating and would shut down transmission and stop the a/c and the air altogether. Warren ran the right tests to find the problem and ensure that it held a safe and stable temperature. I have not had any issues since, and I have had to drive a lot in town in the peak of the summer heat. The air and a/c works way more consistently now as well.
The other issue was a sputtering of the engine whenever I would accelerate from a stop. Massively annoying issue that was never addressed when I took the car to the dealer numerous times. Warren's immediate hunch about the underlying problem proved to be correct, as his repair made my car feel almost brand new. I never knew it could run so smooth as a ten year old car with ~200k miles on it. I have not felt my car run this way since it was still new. Major kudos to the work done at Complete Car Care. It's been nearly two months since repair and the car has ran great and without issue. They really do care about getting your car's problems fixed here.”

“Jason has been an absolute godsend! My dad is a retired master mechanic who moved out of state. I have searched high and low for someone I can trust with that inherent knowledge of cars, they are rare. We went to a shop in Pinedale twice that misdiagnosed my car. We took my daughter's car which was misdiagnosed someplace else, he diagnosed it and fixed it in a day. My car is there now, I feel totally comfortable with whatever he does. They are having nest, fair, and highly knowledgeable. Thank you!”

I have been coming here since 2018 and they have worked on my Audi,Lexus,toyota,honda and Mini from transmissions , brakes, AC Etc. and over the years they have saved me thousands! They perform quality diagnostics and work. Javier will stand by it! If you have any work done and for whatever reason have any issues with it or the part fails I have personally seen Javier go out into the bay and start turning wrenches ensuring the job is superb and you leave satisfied. “Had a rough couple of weeks recently with my older vehicle, but the customer service I experienced was great. The last thing that was messing with my smog check was an O² sensor error that would not turn off. The process was a lengthy chain of swapping O² sensors and diagnostics. However, the communication and service were exemplary. I felt properly informed each visit and each call, and the last couple of diagnostics and part swaps they wouldn't charge me over any oversights because I had already paid beforehand for the services and parts. I don't know a lot of mechanic shops that would do that, knowing a lot of the time they would just charge me again for menial changes or mistakes. I really appreciate both Chris and Steve for the help, my car has now passed smog and will hopefully last me another couple of years. ?”
“I took my slow leaking alloy wheel and tire off of my Vette into wheel king. Ron took care of me and it wasn't more than about 5 min and he confirmed that the leak was at the bead. It took them not more than about 15 maybe 20 min after that to grind off the erosion on the inside of the rim that was causing my leak. And to my surprise as I waited the other gentlemen at the counter that I conversed with turns out to be the owner Greg working at the front counter and I believe he said 42 years strong and counting! Its not often you find the owner of such a prestigious business working the front counter providing top notch service as Greg was! Both Greg and Ron had old school work ethic and I was super impressed with the service from the moment I walked in the store as well as the amazing display of wheels and tires. This place is the ultimate hook-up for your wheel and tires needs!”
“Recently, the A/C on my Honda CRV went out. I called my local tire shop, who referred me to SNAPP’s. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning, and they diagnosed it quickly. Ted walked me through what was wrong, what needed to be done, what the cost would be, and the turnaround time. He made it all happen, and now my A/C is running like new. I’ll be using SNAPP’s to do my annual A/C maintenance moving forward. Thank you Ted & team!”
“Great Staff! Love these guys like they are my family. Always a fair deal on great used and new tires. I get 20,000 to 30,000 miles when I get tires from Proline Tire. They have a ice cold waiting room with recliners and a large flat screen to watch whatever you like. Don't plan on staying long, they change, rotate balance and repair flats in less than 20 minutes. No extra charge for labor.”
