“Great customer service! I just moved to the area and needed a last min outfit for a work diner I was attending. Elizabeth (I believe her name was) was extremely helpful in finding something for me! I had a lot of concerns given that I am curvy/ mid sized and we had to go through quite a few options. Quite often I leave stores because most trendy styles these days are unflattering or don't fit my curvier areas. The whole process can become overwhelming. Elizabeth was super reassuring and made the experience so much easier. She even steamed the top for me because I was short on time!”
“Went in today 6/10/23 at around 3pm. My niece wanted to charms for her Crocs. The associate at the counter came and helped her pick them out and after we purchased them, she asked my niece if she would like her to put them on her crocs for her. She took her crocs and placed each charm exactly where my niece wanted them. If you’ve tried putting charms on kids crocs you know how much of a challenge this can be. Lol even when she struggled and we tried encouraging my niece to place it somewhere else that maybe easier she told us it was okay and continued until she got them exactly where my niece wanted them. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but I appreciated her patience so much! It’s not very often you get service like that!”

“We went at the peak of BTS season and many sizes were picked over in tees for Boys size 10. There was a nice salesperson who told me that if the size was available on their site they would ship it to me for free. We found a couple of tees to take home that day so my son was happy but the one he wanted - they also didn't have on their site either so that perk didn't work out. However, we did find a Jansport backpack that was not in stock at the location but was available online to ship to us so it sounds like it will arrive in time for the first day of school.”
“I went in to look at hats and found one that was the most amazing color but I wasn't a huge fan of the shape of it. The associate there let us know that he could reshape it for us if we wanted, free of charge, as it is a service that boot barn offers. His name was DYLAN. He wasn't too sure if he could get the shape I was hoping for and/or the dents out because he wasn't the "official hat shaper" and he was still learning. My boyfriend recognized him because he had shaped his previous hat a year or two ago and that original hat was in rough shape, yet it came out beautiful. So we left him with the new hat for an hour or so to work his magic on it. And magic it was, it came out absolutely amazing. It was everything I wanted and more. I didn't know how I wanted to brim to look so he let us know that we could always come back and he can change it and fix it up for us. My boyfriend ordered another hat online from him at the time as well because they were out of the size he needed and we made sure that Dylan would be able to reshape that hat as well if we needed and Dylan excitedly agreed for us, thank god! Would HIGHLY recommend Dylan at Clovis boot barn for all hat shaping needs!!”
“12/01/23 My pepper spray is no good! Tried to test it out and need a new one after it just spewed out the nasty smell. Lol! Came here and couldn't track down the area. Then, a very nice worker noticed I was hunting and was happy to help me! They now put them behind a counter. He grabbed me the best one. Great price too! The worker was very kind and welcoming! Paid for the order with well wishes! Great service & store! Clean, safe & practiced!”

“Nice place, my favorite stores are the Victoria's secret, and the bath and body works. it is clean, the customer service is alright, (mainly depends on which store you going to) it is also a nice place to meet up your friends to hang out and mess around since it is not super packed and is also a small area.”
