“My daughter and I had a wonderful experience in this boutique . I didn’t know what to expect while dress shopping as this was my first time doing so . The shop is very cute and inviting , the dresses are beautiful, but above all, this family was genuinely so kind . I had the pleasure of encountering all three family members throughout the course of our purchase . I was nervous because we were last minute shopping but they assured me they’d take care of us and not to worry, even offering to contact an alterations for us. They offer special days of discounts and raffles as well:) Everyone is so nice and went out of the way to make sure everything was in order for us and gave us a really great experience . Thank you Melissa, Lauren, and dad too !”
“Edit*** I recently went and was looking at clothes. The younger blonde lady told me in a rude tone we are closing in 2 minutes mind you it was about 7:40-7:45 pm. I said okay and walked out.I love the clothes here but you need to hire people who want to work and sell your merchandise not be rude to the customers.Love this store! The staff are always nice and help with anything I need.”

“In the super busy days leading up to Christmas 12/22/25, I popped in for a gift for my dad. I was looking to buy a Stetson in a very popular size, after waiting a bit to get help Lily got around to me and her customer service was amazing, didn’t find the initial hat I was looking for recommended a similar style hat, ultimately because of brand loyalty found 2 other options of Stetsons and even looked for availability at other stores for me. “Bauble + Thread is such a cute boutique! My coworker's and I spent over 30 mins walking around and browsing the unique curated selection in the store. We were visiting from Kansas so this made the perfect stop for us to find things to bring back with is. We all found something to match our different likes and styles. I would give 5 stars if there were some true plus sized items in the store. Overall great experience and I recommend this to anyone visiting the area.”

“You can visit them instead of Macy, they have all brand even jewelry and makeup, good quality products, stuff friendly, prices not bad and for home decorating they are great. They have a beautiful selection for that. Kids and infants collection is great. I love it because huge parking lot and good entertainment in Sierra Vista mall.”

“Ross stores have never been clean ones... but they are cheap ones. This location has the friendliest staff I've seen locally, and a better-than-average selection at most times. You just need to get lucky, which is the case for pretty much all of these stores. I like this Ross location a good deal, and also the deals themselves!
