“I had a tire issue while traveling through Indio and stopped at the Love’s Truck Stop. Jose went above and beyond to help me out. He let me use his jack, gave me access to the bay, and helped me get my spare changed safely. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he took the time to help a traveler who was in a bind. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Huge thanks to Jose for being professional, helpful, and genuinely looking out for me. Love’s is lucky to have him.”
