“We have been using La Botica Pharmacy in Coachella for the past thirteen years and have consistently had a great experience. The staff is always patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They reliably answer their phones, which is rare and very appreciated. Their home delivery service is always on time and very dependable. We truly value their excellent customer service and highly recommend La Botica Pharmacy to anyone looking for a reliable and caring local pharmacy.”

“By far the best, most friendly pharmacy in town! The staff genuinely cares about their patients, always greeting me by name. Specifically Marivel and Iris who are always such good help. They were incredibly proactive in finding a way to make my medication fast and convenient. And that’s why I keep returning, Definitely recommend!”

“We are older than 60 so hi-risk for Covid-19. Ran precipitously low on provisions last week and decided to explore our options. Ran across an ad on the internet for Walmart pick-up (we are obviously not early adapters). Downloaded the Walmart app & started piling things into our cart. Oboy, oboy Placed the order online & scheduled pickup for the next morning. They were great - texted me when it was pulled & that there were a couple of replacements. We arrived & popped our trunk - had an ice chest & a couple of boxes in the back - the very pleasant & efficient lady filled our containers & wished us a nice day. Perfect experience - we really appreciate this service”

“As always, they are helpful, and though their stock is light, I seem to always get the last 2, as today they were out of one thing I wanted. Alass this seems to be a problem everywhere. Hopefully, our new President will clean out the swamp soon and return our taxes to the American people. History is being made, folks.”
