“Best staff and establishment at a U-Haul location in Riverside County. The equipment is kept up and they have everything you need in stock including dolly’s. The staff is so friendly and helpful every step of the way. I’ve rented U-Haul’s every couple years for the last 25 years. I’ve been to a lot of different locations. This time I needed 2 U-Haul’s for 5 days so I dealt with a few employees and I gotta say they all did an amazing job at helping me with my needs when the app wasn’t letting me check in for a mobile pick up or the gas amount being updated or loading my dolly and boxes in the vehicle to go. I want to say thank you to the ones I was able to ask their names who absolutely made my visit here the most pleasant experience at a time everything seems to go wrong. Esmeralda, Nate and Gabriel you all have amazing customer service and great personalities. I appreciate you guys! Keep doing exactly what you’re all doing.”
“I need a truck at the last min. So I just walked in. It was so simple and easy and real fast. Quicker then going in a fast food place and getting food. The people that work here were very nice and answered all my questions. Dropping the truck off was just as fast. I would definitely rent trucks again here. Prices was better then what I thought it would be. Good job guys.”
