“I am truly amazed, so far, with this business. I am in the process of moving and am scheduled to get my truck in several days. I have made multiple trips to U-Haul of Indio to purchase packing supplies and have been treated well every time. They have even helped me carry packs of boxes to my vehicle. The store is well stocked with everything you need to pack. They have all the different boxes available. I highly recommend this business.”

“After reading these reviews, I was nervous. But our experience (although stressful) ended great. Today we had a truck reservation, upon arrival, Abdul (the guy who assisted us) realized their system had an error. Long story short, our price for the truck tripled and our dates were wrong. I showed Abdul our confirmation email, including dates and pricing, and he was so helpful. He contacted his boss to get it straightened out. I called customer service and even though it was stressful, everything was fixed. They are wonderful and so patient. Don’t believe the reviews, nice behavior gets nice assistance.”
