“I was taking Whiskey Pete the Albino to the zoo to visit his relatives ..they work there, and we decided to snag some sandwiches from George's Zoo before we got there, for a couple of reasons. The main reason is the Zoo Cafeteria doesn't know how to make anything other than a bad hotdog or an even worse PBJ plus they cost as much as a nice dinner out! The sandos from George's Zoo are pretty awesome, and very reasonably priced, every bit worth 5 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆”

“Grand Leader is something to look forward to! Prices are fantastic, and the quality and ratios are unmatched. The bread is always fantastic and fresh. Here, I’ve included a picture of what I get when I go during a morning: roast beef on Dutch with avocado, Asiago cheese, and an egg. People call me crazy, but this combination is out of this world! When you come here, you get a sandwich the way you want it.Also, for vegetarians, the veggie sandwich was my go-to for years. It is perfect.
Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich is fantastic. And if you go before lunch, you can add egg to it for additional protein. So good.”

“This market is one of the best deli/grocery /produce markets that I have ever come across! I live in the area and I will go only to this market because of the deli sandwiches hands down #1 and they offer whatever you would like on it and they make it very special and specific. The quality is priceless and the flavors are amazing. I have been coming here for more than 15 years and I'm always blown away of the service/quality and the items they offer in their store. Their location is perfect because they are always on the way to where you need to go, whether to the airport or just around town, it's so convenient. I recently have been there at least 4 times during the week to bring food to the nearby hospital CPMC for my family members visiting from France and locally and their experience was off the charts. Rutily's market is the place to go for everything you need.”

I have finally figured it out, I know what makes a WHITE PALACE sandwich so good it's the mayonnaise...... the mayonnaise must be some type of restaurant mayo or something because God damn, when I bit into my most recent ham american with all the fixings (except lettuce) Sandwich, I had an epiphany. “The only Sandwich I’ve ever been to where they put “too much” on a “regular sandwich”. But that’s the thing these sandwiches ARE NOT REGULAR. The sandwiches are hefty and full of flavor. The possibilities are also endless.
On this particular visit I got the #20 and removed the roast beef. It was a very good sandwich. The next time I might try it with the roast beef instead of the pastrami get a different taste on the same sandwich.

“This store is not only the BEST liquor store around, but they also have the most kind and customer-centric staff I've found. I did a super late night Door Dash order from them that was delayed by over an hour, and the store sent me some Doritos as a token of appreciation! It's by no means their fault as Door Dash had failed to assign a driver on time, but in my opinion, a small detail like that just really warms my heart and I feel so appreciated.
