“Will be coming to this location for my car needs from now on. I own a 2018 Honda Civic and needed a new battery. I tried THREE different Auto Zones, only because they changed my battery for me before. One store didn't have workers, one store told me the guy was on lunch, and the third store was just plain rude to me. Finally, I called this O'Reilly store because it was local and the man that initially answered the phone (Mark??? Sorry I don't recall) was very friendly and helpful and encouraged me to come in. I went in within 10 minutes from my initial call. The man who helped me over the phone was helping another customer so Justin helped me and let me just say... he was so helpful!!! so kind!!! he deserves a raise! he helped me right away and actually gave me advice as to which battery/warranty I should get. He showed me what he was doing and confirmed that everything was attached correctly. His customer service skills are incredible! Thanks so much!!”
“It finally rained here and I found out my windshield wipers were bad. In about 10 minutes Michael found the correct wipers and installed them for free for me. What a great service! Now I can drive safely in the rains.”

They have the best customer service and very helpful in finding a solution to my problem. They also have the best prices on for their product, if by chance something does you run into any issue they've got a warranty program.

“A bit late posting, forgive me. However, I realized a little late that I needed windshield wipers, so I headed to Oreilly's in hopes of some saving and that is just what I got!!! Cam was fast in looking up my wipers. He then had no problem going out and replacing my faulty wipers. I had no clue how to do it myself and Cam told me he'd take care of it. We ran into a hiccup, neither of us could figure out how to change the driver side and it began to rain. I felt awful but to no avail Cam figured it out and sent me on my way!!! I couldn't have asked for better service and dedication”

“I went in to have my battery and alternator tested after having electrical issues. O’Reilly Auto Parts stores are equipped with diagnostic equipment and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. After the testing because the voltage was so low it was recommended that the cause was my alternator .
