“I had made reservations with enterprise, the day of my reservation enterprise called me 30 min before my pick up to cancel me. Having no where to go and finding a car was like a needle in a haystack! I called Avis, Sonia from the beginning was Amazing with her customer service and friendliness. She booked a car, I came 1 hour after and was able to enjoy a small getaway with my family!!! Everything was smooth from refunds, to prices. I will be coming to this place every single time I need a car!!! Thanks girls!!”

“RentP cars is amazing! Used this company twice, that's how good this business is. First time was an airport rental for the weekend, Jessie was prompt and was on time for drop off; I rented out a red Jeep truck, the price was right compared to other rental agencies, everyone was checking it out, it was super clean inside and out. Used this company another time when my car was wrecked in an accident, that time was a longer rental so I decided to rent a Prius, since I was going through my insurance company. 10/10 recommend, RentP cars has way better vehicle options!”

“These guys saved me 4 years ago when I first opened my business. And I have been using them ever since.
Enterprise lied and said they had multipke vans for me. I kept calling and confirming for 6 months. They waited until 1 day before a large wedding of 100+ guests. Could have destroyed my business. I called America's Xpress sobbing! They came through!! I will always continue to rent my vans through them. They are reliable.
When you reserve a van, you know it will be there for you.”
“Kudos to Moval location!!! I must say this location has truly improved. I've been renting care from the Moreno Valley location for the past several years. The wait time was ridiculous, they never had what you order, they wouldn't make any accommodation. And the customer service was below subpar. NOW with new staffing they've really turned this location around. The staff actually like working with the people and making sure they are attentive as soon as you hit the lot. With reservation may wait time is less than 30 minutes. My mother always told me if you don't have nothing good to say then don't say nothing but you guys deserve your kudos for a job well done! Thank you!!”

“I recently rented a vehicle from Avis in MV, I was a little hesitant because of the reviews. My husband picked it up, I made sure he did the vehicle checks and checks at at drop off in case something came. Honestly, our experience was smooth and easy. Eveything went well. I would recommend them. Last minute we had to extend the Length of time we were going to have the rental and it was very easy as well.”
“I had rented from a different location for years, but their level of service went way downhill after a management change. I was gonna change companies but decided to give a different location a chance. I was in a bind, needed a vehicle asap and that's when I found the University location in Riverside. Robert the manager went above and beyond the call of duty. He not only got me in and out fast and at check in time, even arranged a ride home for me. The location may be smaller than the others, but the level of customer service they provide? It doesn't matter. They are my go to location now. Shout out to Brittany, Desiree and Robert for running a tight ship!”
“I want to give a big Thanks to Luis Macias at the Enterprise car rental office. He was so patient when dealing with the customers. the office was full of people waiting for cars to become available and I was one of those customers. Luis call all around until he was able to find me the vehicle I requested and provided a ride to pick up the car. He gave Great Customer Service which I really appreciated. He was able to deal with my frustration's along with the other customers that were waiting . I was not happy with Enterprise, But I was happy with the customer service that Luis Macias was able to provide!!!!!! one (1)star for enterprise and 5 stars for Luis!!!!”

“I worked at this company for 11 months. I truly believe you get what you give. If you give 100% your work will show for you. If you only do partial work — that will also show and you will be held accountable for it. Know that the company is growing and expanding. With that means not everything is perfect. But it is do-able. Communication and documentation is key! Ensure you always cover your end and don’t be afraid to share your thoughts or insights. In my position as a utilization coordinator I ran numbers a lot. I enjoyed my position. My coworkers truly did make the environment fun. I read other reviews but they are from different points of views. My point of view is an on-site staff non-hybrid. However, when it came to scheduling as I did also do scheduling I can say sometimes the employee to consumer ratio can be off. There are many factors to this such as holidays, vacations, caregivers working off schedules, consumers requesting a schedule in which there is a high need for but not enough caregivers available during that time. Upper management have multiple meetings a week. With this means many concerns are brought to their attention in regards to their department — communicate with your supervisor any/all barriers you are facing. But also take the feedback they are giving you and implement it. But don’t be afraid to pitch ideas as well. My last and final thought, the owners… they truly do take time to get to know their employees. They were flexible with me when it came to school and my dogs (I don’t have kids) so when it came to needing to stay home they truly do listen to your needs and try to make something work.”

He explained everything so gently and compassionately, I have not been so impressed with someone in customer service in years. I was moved by this exchange and he had no idea I was watching, listening, or that I would write a review. Pure kindness and professionalism. Great human.. Avis is lucky to have him.”
“The process was quick and easy. I had prepaid for the vehicle online, so when I showed up I just needed to give them my ID and CC. Once I signed over the documents and was told what I signing I was given the keys. They have signs posted as a reminder to return the car with a full tank of gas, maintain the car clean, etc. When we dropped off the car, they had someone go look at the car and once they called the representative that was helping me, I was given my receipt and a reminder that my deposit will be returned. Overall, satisfied and will definitely return.”

The branch owner was super cool and did nothing to spike my anxiety like the other larger car rental places that I have become accustomed to in the past. It is a process, and with most comes patients. I was in and out with no prob. Cristian was very help and informative. I was in the lobby waiting and was chatting with others and listening to them share their previous experiences. Overall, MY experience with Hertz was wonderful and I look forward to my experience with the company.”
