“Came in on a Sunday with a suspected broken toe. The staff were very kind and sympathetic. I was happy to learn that they had an X-ray tech in the office which saved me from having to go to the er. It took about 2.5 hours from when I walked in to being discharged which isn’t terrible since there were a few people ahead of me. I truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism I received today.”

“This was my first time at any Optum location, but I had a great experience starting care with Dr. Patel. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, the check in process was quick, Dr. Patel took her time with me during the medical appointment, she explained all the studies she was requesting for me and she did not rush the appointment at all. Lastly, the best part is that they took care of my vaccines and blood work within minutes. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Shaina Patel to anyone.”
