He printed directions from San Bernardino to Victorville store because my phone wasn't working. He was compassionate and very kind. Very grateful for his attentiveness. Overall a good experience.”
“I went and got my iPhone XS Max screen replaced here. It was completely shattered at the top right hand corner with cracks going all the way through each corner of the screen. The people here were very kind and were able to replace my screen in about 15 mins or less. I tipped $10 dollars. They are very professional and do very good work. I would absolutely go back for all my phone repair needs. I have had my phone now since the repair for 2 weeks now. I have my phone in a case and have dropped it a couple of times since than and still everything is looking great.”

Today l went with him to the shop for the first time to get a screen protector for my daughter’s phone and accessories for my iphone 17. “I walked in very frustrated and in need of support with my device. I immediately was approached by Melissa who proceeded to get right down to ways we could resolve my issue. I could tell that Melissa was very technically savvy and knew what she was talking about. Worker was very helpful and really helped me out. The repair was done within the hour, at the end I practically got back a new phone. Really satisfied with the quick service I received.
