“My dog Zoey is very fussy about her food. She loves the Turkey and Pumpkin Jerky. I had a concern with one order and called the company. Karen answered the phone and could not have been nicer. She was so receptive and even sent me a replacement and a pen. I have so much respect and confidence in the product and customer support. It means alot to me to have a person answer my concerns directly. As soon as I received the Jerky Dehydrated Turkey Pumpkin, I gave some to Zoey, (shihpoo) and she gobbled it up. I took my morkie yesterday due to her having diarrhea and not feeling good. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Sonia, Sonia walk me through all the questions and concerns I had, she gave me recommendations and suggested good options. Eventually I got to talk to the doctor and I got an estimate. I have nothing but good to say about this vet clinic, I am still impressed with the care and love they treat the animals with and the customer service! I am specially so grateful with Sonia, she went above and beyond for me and my dog!!! Sonia is truly the image of what a caring person is. Thank you so much! We appreciate it”

We enrolled our 4-month-old Pit Bull mix in the AKC Essentials Package with trainer Jaclyn S., and it was honestly one of the best decisions we've made as pet parents. The pricing is extremely reasonable for 12 weeks of classes — especially considering we walked out with an AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy certificate and a much better-behaved pup.
Jaclyn is a training wizard. She was attentive, responsive to our (many) questions, and somehow managed to get our stubborn pup to listen better than we ever could. The small group sessions at first were great for focus, and the full group fundamentals helped our dog level up his social skills like a furry little extrovert.
We’ll definitely be back for the AKC Canine Good Citizen program — once we’re confident our wild child won’t mistake the final test for an open mic night.
Highly recommend. Ask for Jaclyn. Your future, better-behaved self will thank you.”

“Been coming here since they opened. My golden retriever Diplo loves the food and has great benefits to his health. Diana is awesome! My baby recently got diagnosed with Chronic kidney disease and blood work positive for Cancer. Our vet recommended him to stay off red meats and chicken, but turkey and salmon/omegas would be great for his kidneys. Diana was kind enough to exchange our frozen beef and chicken blend chubs to turkey and salmon Chubs due to his new kidney disease diet. She was very understanding and was kind to do this for us. Highly recommended. She knows whats best for our babies.”

“It's not the store but the groomers themselves that create a positive or negative experience. Tikka is a 95 lbs handful. He is a long hair GSD so there is matting issues. He also isn't nice to other dogs and definitely has opinions. They took him in, got him spotless... (note that in the picture he went rolling at the park and had a fight with a leaf pile after his bath because... Being clean wasn't his idea .) They got his nails, cleaned his ears and even clipped down his private areas so he could have less surprises caught in his fur. They did great, treated him exceptionally well and handled his opinions. In fact Tikka liked them. I highly recommend them. Again it's not the store but the staff and this group of women are great.”
“Rottweilers will always be my choice of furbaby, however, not every Rottweiler is created equal. Unfortunately the breed itself has suffered primarily due to backyard breeders who look at $$$ instead of the breed/bloodlines. With that said, I met Ruben many years ago - I visited his kennel and fell in love with the quality of Female dogs he had. Then I got to really know Ruben. Not only is he my dogs breeder - I consider Ruben a dear friend. When the initial breeding I wanted fell through it was a blessing - why you ask? It gave me more time to consider which pairing I wanted, I’m a very picky person. I visited Ruben at his home and I spent some time with his Stud, Rumpi the bear. I think Ruben also saw how picky I was and he would encourage me to possibly wait after litters were born. He would tell me, “Eddie these are great pups, but maybe let’s wait. I think a special litter will be available in the coming months.” All in all I waited I think over a year. In that timeframe I really got to know Ruben on a more personal level. Finally, a beautiful match between Rumpi and Lissa was available and luckily Ruben let me get the pick. Jack came into our home and completed our family. It’s been over 4 years now and Ruben and I still talk or visit each other. He’s a breeder that truly cares about the breed, the puppies he produces and screens where each puppy is going.”
“It was my first time coming and the first time my pets had ever been to the vet. Everyone was really patient and considerate of the way my pets reacted (they were clearly uncomfortable and anxious, but did really good!) The vet was really thorough and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, their extra care is out of my price range, but I'm glad I was able to get a check up for my pets because of the free coupon they offered. Overall it was a good experience.”

My husband and I really enjoy how she explains things and breaks cues into more simple steps to help us and Bruno understand and keep us engaged. We just enrolled in level two and can't wait to see how much Bruno learns!”

“They did a great job and gave my Benito an extreme makeover. My problem with other groomers is they usually hold my dog for 3+ hours to get groomed and Benito gets anxiety being there so long. here they took 2 hours and when i picked up Benito he seemed happy with no signs of distress.”
