When Austin arrived, very professional and straight to the point, he confirmed my destination address and even ensured that I was aware that the shop would be closed after we were expected to arrive (which was fine, had confirmed with shop okay to drop off after hours) but that was a nice touch. Even helped push the vehicle into a parking spot in front of the shop. Hopefully never need a tow again, but if I do, hope it's Flag Towing”
