“I called at 1:30 to see if they could see my kitty today. The doctor answered the phone and said they could see him at 5:30 ? Staff was super friendly. There wasn't much of a wait. You could tell the doctor cares about animals. Prices are affordable. Been going there for over ten years. I would recommend.”

“Honestly, the best vet I've had the chance of knowing. The vet field is super impacted right now and being a one doctor practice I know can be difficult. A lot of the negativity comes from crybaby clients who don't get what they want when they want it. But that doesnt demean their exceptional service. See for yourself and go in because these crybaby clients don't understand what appointments are for at general practices and urgent care/emergencies ARE FOR EMERGENCY HOSPITALS... and this.. is not an emergency hospital”

He gave me options for care that were reasonable and did not recommend anything that was not necessary, therefore saving money on my kitty's care. “Pros:Same day service; very reasonable fees for vaccines, meds, neutering, lab tests, etc., especially for neutering. No appointment necessary, just arrive between 8 and 10 am. Cordial staff.Cons: Do not expect much in personalized service, although they are cordial. Yet to see or hear from the vet during or after office visits. My cats have always been seen and handled by the assistants. After care instructions are minimal unless you ask (they need something in writing).”
“Completely dedicated to the health and happiness of your pet. We got a rescue who needed her spay stitches removed. Everyone had at least a month wait, even while saying they had to come out much sooner. Victoria Animal Hospital got us in immediately, and we've appreciated them ever since. When our dog was injured, they took her quickly and managed her expertly. We always feel they have our pet's best interest in mind.”

“Come to this place to P/U a load twice this week been a great experiences. From the security guard to the staff i dealt with at shipping is great. Despite the current event with Covid-19 the procedures been easy. You have to drop the trailer as part of their security protocol. This is from personal experiences, I can’t speak on the other drivers negative experience.”

“My dog likes the dr. The prices are a bit high but when you're taking your furbaby to see a dr and she actually wags her tail it says a lot. The prices should be close to other vets prices. Other than that it's a nice place. My dog loves Dr Kim. The staff is always so helpful. People know this is the place to go... we were talking in the dog park and 3 people said they won't take thier dogs anywhere else. I feel the same way.”
