I'm not very experienced with ballons so I asked the owner if I had even ordered the right stuff. He looked up my order and pulled it right away (it was a small order). He even gave me a few tips. It doesn NOT matter what side your tank ia on, please pick any lane. All the pump hoses will pull out a few feet to reach the opposite side of your car. It helps to pull slightly closer to the pump and full more fwd. Theres no reason for certain lines to be overly long. It really sucks when you cant get passed the line to the further pumps. Stop being so inconsiderate and lazy.”

“We purchased two 12x6 steel soccer goals a year ago, and they've held up very well. We took the goals down for the winter, but otherwise they stay outside 24/7. A few days ago, we had a 150 lb. deer run through a net, drag the goal 50' across our yard, slammed the goal against and across a steel trailer and then into a tree. The net was destroyed, but the goal survived with very little damage. I'm genuinely surprised at how sturdy these goals are.”

“We shop at both Costco and Sam's club. Sam's has some things that don't come in such large quantities like ready made salads. Since it's just the two of us, we don't waste food. When we entertain we will get the larger quantity salad from Costco. We really like having the options of the two different quantities. That's just one example, but I'm sure you get the idea. One thing that Sam's has that Costco doesn't is the Scan N Go app. If you've never used it, you definitely have to check it out. You scan the item when you add it to your shopping cart and get to bypass the checkout line. It always makes me laugh when I see people standing in line when they could just use the app. When you get to the exit, the employee who checks your receipt scans your phone and you are out and on your way. I really wish Costco would do this too.”
“I was initially very frustrated because I had to wait a long time for my pizza, and I was close to leaving a bad review. However, Ashley in the food court completely changed that experience for me.
She was working very hard, stayed active, noticed my frustration, and kindly asked if I wanted a refund. She also took the time to explain why they were running behind, which I really appreciated. That small act of communication and care made a big difference.
Ashley truly saved the day for me. Employees like her are the reason a difficult experience can still end on a positive note. I visited in the afternoon, around 4 PM, and I wanted to make sure management knows how much I appreciated her help and attitude.”

Art was very knowledgeable and courteous, his diligence and ability to get the materials delivered to me, take in mind that I was 85 miles away from their location, The Riverside Branch was also very helpful with helping to fill my order. I was pressed for time and the shingle color was no where to be found in my area. They were able to coordinate my material request. “So today I was running 5 mins late for tires at Sam's. Brianna made me feel comfortable and said I had about 10-15 mins for the appointment. Today was raining and I got my wind shield wiper blades done. During my wait I found out I have a stud problem. Brianna guided me on what to and told me to come back in the day to get my tires done after I get the stud fixed. She is awesome. I want to thank her and her partner for their professionalism. I was so lost but she made my day better because I will be driving my car safely.”

“This costco does have apple pay for anyone wondering. The food court is also inside and it's self service. You order at a kiosk then pay, and afterwards you wait in line to get your food by presenting your receipt. I like how close this Costco is for the surrounding neighborhoods. The gas station here is also significantly more affordable than the competing Chevron's and other gas stations around the city. Parking is as expected for any Costco. Overall no issues.”
“Needed to stop at Costco or Sam's for a few things en route back home from a quick weekend trip to PS. The closest ones were in the opposite direction in Palm Desert therefore decided to stop at this location which is conveniently located right off the I-10.I was hoping it would not be packed during a weekday but then again it was a holiday (MLK). Was able to get in and out fairly quickly being it was so crowded! Employees were very efficient and friendly as well. Parking was a nightmare though!”
