“We were taken care by Ashley in the Electronic dept. Awesome girl she knows her stuff. We needed to mirror in to a TV from an apple tablet but only one port in the tablet. She assisted us and got us an adapter plus HDMI to keep the tablet charged and connected without interruptions. Thank you Ashley and Best Buy for having knowledgeable employees!”

“I am used to walking into electronic stores and fending for myself -as it’s hard to find sales people who know what the sell sometimes. I loved everything about my video and audio center experience phone call. They had the mount I was looking for -in stock! The video and audio center amazon warehouse lady was so kind and helped the best she could even though it was outside of her department . AND THEN THERE WAS MISTY. She is amazing. Friendly,patient and wow!! Knowledgeable. She was similar to an encyclopedia on electronics. Not only did she price match- she gave me the option of driving to the warehouse and picking it up there. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
