I came in to trade in my old phone and get a new one, and Adam made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Wait times are often super long, even with appointments. A repair of mine took over 2 weeks. And getting a hold of this store via phone is extremely difficult and cumbersome. Very disappointing.
