“I was very nervous after reading the reviews online, but turns out they were very wrong. Everyone there was nice. my cat Itachita, has had diarrhea and eyeboogers. when they checked, it was fast and they pointed out that switching her food was most likely the cause of diarrhea. which i had NO IDEA that could happen. thankfully they were not judgy and told me if i wanted to still check for parasites im more than welcome to. which i did. They are very cheap. everything all together came out to around $250 which included the parasite test, and eye test to make sure there was no scratches or straining, her medications (she got two) , as well as her exam. For me THATS CHEAP. I used to go to another vet clinic that would've charged me $600 for that. (and they said they were low cost) Seriously guys, don't do walk ins just make an appointment to save your time because majority of the reasons why it takes so long to get to you IS BECAUSE YOU DIDNT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

Overall i do feel like they did it pretty fast, i felt a little iffy but they told me that i can do test to assure me and my little fluffy baby.”

“Everyone at Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital, especially the Pet Keepers are really friendly, helpful, understanding and patient. We have a 19 year old cat who is not socialized and they always welcome her and treat her.”

“I have been bringing my dog here for about 5-6 years now and I must say, this is one of the best veterinary clinics I have ever been to. The entire team is so warm and welcoming, and my dog & I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Pador is incredibly thorough, listens to your concerns without rushing through the visit, and is always open to answering questions. I have a miniature poodle with lifelong issues, and I can honestly say this place has been his saving grace numerous times. I love this place. I live 1 hour away now, and I still bring my dog here because they’re so worth it! You’ll never feel bullied into approving unnecessary procedures/tests, you’ll just be given information and alternatives that don’t guilt you. I take care of people for a living, but I have even more respect for those who take care of our pets. 10/10 I would recommend this place.”

“The staff at Harbor Animal Hospital are amazing! The atmosphere is very welcoming and very clean. We took our elderly cat to get some respiratory things checked and get flea medicine and refill a past prescription for my cat. Dr. Norby and her helper Samantha were both super helpful and answered all our questions and told us extra tips on things and went above and beyond any vets we have seen. They werent pushy or trying to force us to do more tests and things than what we decided on and were very respectful.”

“Beautiful souls attend this facility. Every single one of the vet techs and vets have shown compassion and empathy for my Pomeranian babies. They're prices are reasonable and they accommodate to my hectic schedule. They treated my baby like if they were theirs. I will continue to bring my babies here. Rest assure that they also need rest and will be closed for the holidays season. However, they provide alternative emergency facilities while they are closed.”

“We had a great experience with Dr. Perry. He took his time and performed a very thorough physical exam, checking everything carefully and explaining what he was doing along the way. He confirmed that our cat Abel is very healthy and recommended the vaccines that were actually needed. The visit felt honest, professional, and stress-free.

“We had a really good experience at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Our dog started having blood in her urine and was trying to pee but nothing would come out. Our regular vet initially gave antibiotics and medication, and he said if it happens again, we should take her to the hospital for more test as he was thinking there was something in her bladder like stones. When the symptoms returned a week later, we knew we had to take her to the hospital. Since our usual clinic doesn’t offer urgent care, we searched and found this hospital on Google.

They were able to see us the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and even though the place is currently remodeling, everything still felt organized and efficient. They performed an X-ray and urinalysis, found a bladder stone, and clearly explained the situation and treatment options. Because the stone was too large to pass naturally, surgery was recommended. They walked us through the procedure, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled surgery for the very next day.

The entire visit took about 3 hours, and we felt our dog was in very good hands the whole time. She is now on the road to recovery, and we’re so grateful for the care she received. We also appreciate that this hospital is closer to home — we’ve definitely found our new vet.

“Beyond great. My vet for decades retired, leaving no one in her place. Tried to find new vet, and was hugely disappointed with other local vet. BUT joy of joys, was referred by friend to Redwood & Dr Suyehara. I cannot express my gratitude for this care and expertise. They are all fabulous --just as my friend predicted and finally I am getting necessary help for my aging dogs. I LOVE this whole practice and am grateful every day to have this guidance to address my dogs' conditions. When your dogs are healthy, anyone can help to verify all is fine. But when they are struggling, getting such terrifically knowledgeable and caring guidance means the world.”

My cats doctor is Dr. A and he is always attentive and has a great personality. Even when I need to see other doctors they are all great. All in all I absolutely love this facility. I know my cats are always getting the best vet care. I love the hours and how they are open on Saturdays. Most vets aren’t even open on Saturdays. Very clean and very beautiful inside.
