“Just got my Lexus LS back from Kee's. There was moderate damage to the driver's side front bumper with minor damage to the driver's side front quarter panel when I brought it in. The entire bumper needed replacing but I was told by Kee that they could fix the existing quarter panel to blend with the headlamp and bumper. His estimate was half of what the other two estimates I received in Walnut Creek. He said he could probably use the existing headlamp if there was no damage to the inside casing and that one of the sensors could possibly be saved, but there was no telling for sure until they took everything apart. As it turned out, the headlamp casing was damaged slightly on the inside so they had to order a new headlamp as well as replace the damaged sensor. Given the extra parts needed, the total cost was only about $400 over the original estimate.

Austin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me updated on the progress. The job took a little longer than expected due to the fact that the headlamp needed to be ordered and shipped. Better done slow and right than quick and not right. The work was beyond excellent. And their shuttle service with Uber is very timely and efficient.”

“After getting into an accident, I was very frustrated and unsure of how the repair process would pan out. I contacted Aw Collision and was helped by Joel. When I arrived for my drop off inspection Joel was very reassuring and went over the process of repair and exactly what had to be done. Joel took the time to address my concerns and questions and didn’t hesitate to further break things down. I was given a ride to the car rental store from AW. Throughout the repair process Joel was very responsive and kept me well informed and even included some photos of the process. There were a few supplemental additions to the claim and Joel kept me in the loop the entire time. Joel called me once the repairs were complete and let me know that everything looks fantastic. Upon arrival Joel took the time to walk around the car with me and highlight the areas of repair and wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory.
The quality of the repairs was impressive to say the least, incredible attention to detail all the way from color matching and blending down to reapplying decals and emblems. I can be very specific with my truck and not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience to Joel or anyone at AW collision.

“I've used a few body shops in the North Bay area and they're all very good, restoring my vehicles back to the condition they were before the accidents, so there's not much to write about. But last month my 2019 F150 needed body work after a young man crashed into the left side of my truck. My company suggested Falcon in Concord. After 2 weeks, as promised, I came to pick up the truck and of course it was fixed beautifully as expected and the bonus was the detailing job they had done to my truck, inside and outside. Looked like a brand new truck, again. Got home, I noticed that they'd replaced one of the light bulb in my tail lights too. A week later, my wife said the AC didn't work, I spoke to Herson and he told me they only worked on the body but bring it back anyway so they could take a look. Herson had a technician came out and troubleshot and replaced a fuse to get the AC going. Now, that was above and beyond customer service. I was not only happy but really delighted. Thanks Herson! Oh, I forgot to mention that they picked up my truck from my home in Suisun City and brought it to Concord to work on it too. Hopefully I won't need their service anymore, LOL, but if I do, they're the one I'd think of.”

“I've had ALOT of experience working with Autos international and finally decided to review them.! John the owner worked with me to do many things to my 1966 Chevy Nova including a complete engine rebuild. This wasn't your regular rebuild either. It was a long project and involved MANY decisions, ordering of special custom performance parts, waiting for parts and having some patients (I was so excited during all of this and I learned a lot) John and his lead techs were definitely having fun with this project and that got me really excited.! It started a Love for classic cars for me and as funny as it sounds changed my life and perception.! I could go on and on but the bottom line is in the end I felt like I had something really special that these Master mechanics put their heart and soul into. A new passion was sparked in me. It was thrilling and exciting and the anticipation was part of the fun.! John would tell me during this project which by the way involved more than just the engine.. a lot more actually. That his goal was "A permanent tattooed smile across my face" :-) haha which ended up becoming true! He was kind, patient and professional answering my questions and dealing with my slight anxiety lol and made me feel at ease knowing I would LOVE the finished product. He took A TON of time with me explaining things and helping make my Nova what I always wanted. Now I realize some people are not doing this kind of project and maybe have a small project or are in a rush and quite possibly think the fastest and cheapest deal is the best.. I can tell you that is not always reality. Large project or not. You get what you pay for and with John and his techs they deliver the highest quality work at very fair prices. If you want cheap and fast with questionable quality or just don't care I would go for another shop. It's like asking for a hot dog at a nice steak house. Autos international is the high quality steak house For when you want something high quality. They're not Jiffy Lube or a Mickey Mouse shop. The real deal here. If you want to know that you're going to get an A+ Job on things that matter with real permanent repairs that you can count on then John and his guys are your guys.! They are genuine and honest and tell it how it is. Even the office staff especially Diane knows almost everything going on and if she doesn't she will get the answer for you.! Diane is very sweet but will be very straight forward with you which I actually appreciate.! I just want to give a big THANK YOU to these guys I will have my Nova hopefully until I'm old and gray with the work they did :-) I will include a few pictures as well.”

I needed a jeep 4.0l cylinder head cleaned and magnafluxed. He informed me the cylinder head is good to go. I went all in; surfaced, and a valve job. Clay knows what he is doing; jeep is running like new.
