“This was the best experience I've had at a dealership in a long time. No, they didn't pay me to say this. I have never had issues with BMW Concord before (been a service customer for all my cars, and we bought my wife's CPO X1 here), but the new ownership seems to have really raised the bar.

I took my 440i in for new tires, because none of the tire joints had a full set. They couldn't get the wheels aligned, because apparently a California pothole of death I hit a while back had busted one of the suspension arms. Skyler in the service department spent probably hours working back and forth with me and my insurance agent, often sending information directly to them without my involvement - all before I had even gotten the work approved. He really stayed on top of things and made sure I got taken care of.

That car was getting near end of life, so I also went in to take a look at i4 leases during this Summer Sale promotion from BMW corporate. Mursal in sales saw me immediately, got a few things started in the background, and sent me a list of options. She came in the next day - on Sunday, her day off - to run some numbers for me and let me test drive two models. The deal they made was incredible! Seriously, they added some credits of their own on top of the BWM promotion, and I got a pretty loaded eDrive40 for a lower payment than I was being offered for Mustang Mach-E's which were >$10k less.

I found a car at Weatherford that had the exact paint and packages that I wanted. Since that was also a Sunwise shop, she arranged for that car to be reserved and transported over (also kicked off on her day off). So I got exactly the car I wanted at an exceptional price all ready at the showroom to pick up a day later.

Even the paperwork was quick and easy. Alexander took care of signing online, which I did from my own home. He quickly went through the options, let me make my own decision, and had an electronic documents ready for me to sign within minutes. The entire process took maybe a half hour. I've been held hostage in dealerships for hours before getting the Sales 101 treatment. Not here.

Kee’s is a family-owned shop, run by a father and son who clearly love what they do. They’re so happy to make their customers happy, and it shows. “I've had ALOT of experience working with Autos international and finally decided to review them.! John the owner worked with me to do many things to my 1966 Chevy Nova including a complete engine rebuild. This wasn't your regular rebuild either. It was a long project and involved MANY decisions, ordering of special custom performance parts, waiting for parts and having some patients (I was so excited during all of this and I learned a lot) John and his lead techs were definitely having fun with this project and that got me really excited.! It started a Love for classic cars for me and as funny as it sounds changed my life and perception.! I could go on and on but the bottom line is in the end I felt like I had something really special that these Master mechanics put their heart and soul into. A new passion was sparked in me. It was thrilling and exciting and the anticipation was part of the fun.! John would tell me during this project which by the way involved more than just the engine.. a lot more actually. That his goal was "A permanent tattooed smile across my face" :-) haha which ended up becoming true! He was kind, patient and professional answering my questions and dealing with my slight anxiety lol and made me feel at ease knowing I would LOVE the finished product. He took A TON of time with me explaining things and helping make my Nova what I always wanted. Now I realize some people are not doing this kind of project and maybe have a small project or are in a rush and quite possibly think the fastest and cheapest deal is the best.. I can tell you that is not always reality. Large project or not. You get what you pay for and with John and his techs they deliver the highest quality work at very fair prices. If you want cheap and fast with questionable quality or just don't care I would go for another shop. It's like asking for a hot dog at a nice steak house. Autos international is the high quality steak house For when you want something high quality. They're not Jiffy Lube or a Mickey Mouse shop. The real deal here. If you want to know that you're going to get an A+ Job on things that matter with real permanent repairs that you can count on then John and his guys are your guys.! They are genuine and honest and tell it how it is. Even the office staff especially Diane knows almost everything going on and if she doesn't she will get the answer for you.! Diane is very sweet but will be very straight forward with you which I actually appreciate.! I just want to give a big THANK YOU to these guys I will have my Nova hopefully until I'm old and gray with the work they did :-) I will include a few pictures as well.”

“I've used a few body shops in the North Bay area and they're all very good, restoring my vehicles back to the condition they were before the accidents, so there's not much to write about. But last month my 2019 F150 needed body work after a young man crashed into the left side of my truck. My company suggested Falcon in Concord. After 2 weeks, as promised, I came to pick up the truck and of course it was fixed beautifully as expected and the bonus was the detailing job they had done to my truck, inside and outside. Looked like a brand new truck, again. Got home, I noticed that they'd replaced one of the light bulb in my tail lights too. A week later, my wife said the AC didn't work, I spoke to Herson and he told me they only worked on the body but bring it back anyway so they could take a look. Herson had a technician came out and troubleshot and replaced a fuse to get the AC going. Now, that was above and beyond customer service. I was not only happy but really delighted. Thanks Herson! Oh, I forgot to mention that they picked up my truck from my home in Suisun City and brought it to Concord to work on it too. Hopefully I won't need their service anymore, LOL, but if I do, they're the one I'd think of.”

I needed a jeep 4.0l cylinder head cleaned and magnafluxed. He informed me the cylinder head is good to go. I went all in; surfaced, and a valve job. Clay knows what he is doing; jeep is running like new.

“I highly recommend Mike for his work on my 1970 Porsche 914. The car was new to me and had a fair amount of rust on the floorpans and engine compartment and needed the battery tray installed . This was a tricky project as the old rust had to get cut out and new floorpan patches welded in, while avoiding fuel lines and various cables under the car and working in the cramped space of a mid-engine classic. Mike's work was fantastic and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated, including adding fixes discovered during the process. He is very knowledgeable on classic cars and put a lot of thought into our project. Mike was good about sending pictures along the way and keeping me updated on progress. He was very communicative when we picked up the vehicle, showing us pictures of every aspect of the repair. He got the job done in the timeframe he originally suggested and we're excited Mike was able to get our 914 back on the road to full restoration.”
