Our 2001 Toyota Tacoma V6 is a great truck, but it had been sidelined for years due to medical issues, sitting under a tree without even an oil change. Taking it to Concord Auto Service was the best decision we could have made.
From the start, we were impressed. Our service advisor, Anthony, made us feel listened to and carefully taken care of. Their use of technology was a game-changer; they immediately sent a link to a detailed list of needed work, so I didn't have to struggle to understand technical details over the phone. Anthony stayed in constant contact, ensuring we were informed and comfortable with every step.
They completed the work more quickly than estimated. When we picked up the truck, we were blown away by the extra mile they went: the owner comped us some parts due to the large job, they had cleaned the interior, and even power-washed the truck bed, which had literally become one with the tree it was parked under. As a final touch, they ran out and changed our windshield wipers for us.

“I needed regular maintenance for my 2019 Toyota Highlander. I've used Stress-Free before and they have always been reliable. So I called, made an appointment and went in last week. What I needed only required 1.5 hours, so I chose to go get breakfast and wait. During that time, I received several updates via text including pictures. They advised me on what I needed to do soon on the car as well as maintenance I could delay. It was an easy and pleasant experience. I will bring my other car in soon.”

Al immediately traced the problem to the “rollover switch” or inertial fuel cutoff switch. He reset it and fixed my problem for a very modest price. “Just had my Hyundai Tucson, PHEV and for service for a check engine light. Turned out to need a new wiring harness. An extensive job, thank goodness it was covered by #Warranty. I was worried about the extent of the repair which included removing the dashboard. During the week long job Jamie , My service advisor, was excellent at her job and took me well informed of the progress.
After inspecting after The extensive dismantling And restoring, I was unable to locate any sign.
My service at Future Hyundai Of Concord has been nothing but outstanding. Because of that I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them in spite of the purchasing ordeal in the sales front.”

Carlos and his team were super communicative and thorough and fortunately/unfortunately found a slew of other issues the van had...fuel pump, radiator, brake cylinders, electrical. They fixed a lot and did a great job making the van reliable and safe!”
