“These guys took over for Mike's Automotive next door - and they are just as good. Went to the dealership for a recall who tried to sell me some additional services but I was suspicious so I brought the vehicle to Jeff. Sure enough, there was nothing requiring attention at this time. And no charge to inspect and test drive my vehicle. Wow! It's comforting to get my regular oil changes from them (which are very reasonably priced) and have them look over my vehicle because I know I can trust them when a repair is really needed.”

“Todd Martz has been our mechanic since 2007, for both our X5 and Z4. We live over 20 miles away, but I don't mind driving that far to get our vehicles serviced by Todd. He has kept our vehicles running great and if we do run into problems, we can rely on Todd to provide great reliable expert service, at a low cost. Recently, the yaw sensor on my 2003 Z4 went bad. A new replacement would have cost over $1200, if it can be found. Over the weekend, Todd found a used one for around $300. I've dealt with many other mechanics in the past and I don't know if any of them would have gone that extra mile to fix my car. Thanks so much Todd! You are a godsend.”
“I had several major repairs I needed done to my Camry, and they were very quick about it. They had to special order the parts, but the repairs were done the next weekend, and very well done too. I'm very pleased with them. Honestly, I was expecting to pay 50% to 100% more than I did, especially with the economy the way it's been the past 10 years. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how good a job they did, how fast they did it, and most amazingly how fairly they priced it. Once they had all the parts, they did all the work within two hours, which is kind of amazing. It would be nice if they had more parking, but you could say that about a lot of places. They are located behind Big O Tires on Contra Costa Blvd, south of Vivian Dr., so a little difficult to find without GPS, but definitely worth the effort.”

“Great place for oil changes or smog or other type of vehicle needs and Jack and Dell are the guys who ran it when I went there and they were father and son and were really down to Earth people and became pretty cool with me and my Dad and would hook us up on huge discounts for work being done. To the point we felt bad and bought them some beer to at least give back something they gave us such a good deal. I hope they are both still doing good and are still runnin that place. Maybe I'll go back someday.”

“I received truly exceptional customer service at Big O Tires in Pleasant Hill. I was in Pleasant Hill for an appointment and drove up from Santa Cruz for the afternoon. Unfortunately, I ran over a metal object on the freeway resulting in a damage which not be repaired. I called Big O Tires and asked if they could help me. Immediately, the Service Advisor helped me over the phone to arrange an express delivery of my specific tire from the warehouse. After my appointment an hour or so later, my tire was delivered and ready to install. The team installed the tire right away and I was back on the road safely to Santa Cruz in about 90 minutes. The professionalism and focus on customer service truly impressed me. I know where I will go to get new tires in the future! Thank you Dillon, Angel (another Service Advisor) & Bill, the technician who did the work. Really exceptional follow-thru and got me completely taken care of. “I live out of town and had a flat tire that AAA couldn't handle. AAA put enough air in the tire so I could drive to the only place open late on a Sunday. Josh helped me. He was kind, and kept me updated on the progress. At first he said that they couldn't fix the tire and I needed a new one but they didn't have any of my size. I knew there was an issue with my spare which is another story. Josh assured me that they try to do whatever it takes to get me on the road so I can get home. Josh kept his promise, fixed my tire and I was on my way. Great job.”
