“Exceptional customer service!!!The convenience and hospitality is unsurpassed. Picked up my car at the airport 20 feet away from the air jet.Colleen welcomed us and offered a brand new Jeep. Little to no hassle with paperwork (3 minutes) and you’re on your way. Very friendly and professional. You can be in contact with them anytime and they will help you resolve any issues you might have. All I can say this was the best rental experience I’ve ever had and would highly recommend.”

“I received exemplary service from Kiki during my recent experience. Upon nearing the facility, I contacted her to request transportation from the body shop, and she promptly arranged for a driver. From my arrival, I was greeted with exceptional service by Kiki, and I enjoyed a pleasant interaction with the manager, John. I initially was unaware that I had ordered an electric vehicle; however, Kiki efficiently accommodated my request for a standard car for three days. Kiki demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, politeness, and a delightful sense of humor. Additionally, I noticed her beautifully styled hair, and she kindly referred me to her stylist. Overall, my experience was positive, and despite some negative reviews online, I found the office to be of high quality with commendable personnel.”
