“Under new ownership as of 5 months ago so ignore bad reviews older than that. My mom’s truck needed a tow and it just so happened to be the owner of this body shop. The truck was fixed in a day and I took my own car in to have some work done. Amazing service, everyone was really friendly, and we will be coming back for our routine maintenance.”

Yes, it is quite helpful for the driver during his trip, but the service is variable for everyone, depending on what service they like to add to the rental.”

“I received exemplary service from Kiki during my recent experience. Upon nearing the facility, I contacted her to request transportation from the body shop, and she promptly arranged for a driver. From my arrival, I was greeted with exceptional service by Kiki, and I enjoyed a pleasant interaction with the manager, John. I initially was unaware that I had ordered an electric vehicle; however, Kiki efficiently accommodated my request for a standard car for three days. Kiki demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, politeness, and a delightful sense of humor. Additionally, I noticed her beautifully styled hair, and she kindly referred me to her stylist. Overall, my experience was positive, and despite some negative reviews online, I found the office to be of high quality with commendable personnel.”

“The guy at the front desk (Omberto) I believe he said his name was, he's very nice, calm and soft spoken. He was very accommodating as well. Also I learned something new about rental policy.
Albeit he was working alone at the time, he was able to assist me and get me out of there within minutes. The entire process was very easy.
I prepaid my rental and chose a mini SUV. I got assigned a 2025 Mazda which was clean and easy to drive.
The only thing I had an issue with was locating the office. It's co-located with a car dealership and they have a small corner office. And the sign is not easily seen. Otherwise everything went well. Thanks again Omberto.”
