“I rented my car at the Budget in Oakland airport. I only had the car for 1 day and I got a screw in the driver's rear tire. I went to this Budget to see what could be done. The manager, Pastor, was very friendly and accommodating. He swapped out the vehicle and had me on my way within 20 minutes. Great customer service.”
“I have been to this particular enterprise in concord ca. On monument blvd .about three times this past year..it is a very clean and comfortable and convenient location. All of the employees are very professional pleasant and courteous..they helped me choose a car similar to my car easier for me to handle.. “This specific Enterprise was great after the people on the phone were completely unhelpful and we were almost late getting our kids. Our tire then blew up (most likely a tire issue not either of our faults) and another enterprise was horrible to us and Antioch fixed it, I was fully prepared to not use enterprise again but I’ll probably only use Antioch now.”
“Under new ownership as of 5 months ago so ignore bad reviews older than that. My mom’s truck needed a tow and it just so happened to be the owner of this body shop. The truck was fixed in a day and I took my own car in to have some work done. Amazing service, everyone was really friendly, and we will be coming back for our routine maintenance.”

“The guy at the front desk (Omberto) I believe he said his name was, he's very nice, calm and soft spoken. He was very accommodating as well. Also I learned something new about rental policy.
Albeit he was working alone at the time, he was able to assist me and get me out of there within minutes. The entire process was very easy.
I prepaid my rental and chose a mini SUV. I got assigned a 2025 Mazda which was clean and easy to drive.
The only thing I had an issue with was locating the office. It's co-located with a car dealership and they have a small corner office. And the sign is not easily seen. Otherwise everything went well. Thanks again Omberto.”
