We found a stunning recliner sofa for our home theater that feels even better than luxury theater seating. Wayne offered us an incredible deal and saved us hundreds of dollars! This is hands down the nicest sofa we’ve ever owned, and it didn’t break the bank. If you don’t have movers, definitely ask him for help because he saved us another $100 on delivery fees. “Purchased a pair of large vintage lion head bowls and couldn't be happier! Excellent packaging, arrived from west coast to east coast super fast. The bowls are each unique and vintage... one even had a little grime still left on it which assured me it really was a vintage flea market find from France. ElsieGreen even sent a hand written thank you note to add to the vintage charm. I am truly pleased with my purchase! I am adding a photo of the bowls (tureens really they are that big) with my great grandmother's sterling ladle.”

“I have shopped at Habitat since they were in the old bowling alley on Monument. The inventory and bargains may vary but the heart and soul of the employees never does. Hansel and Andrea are delightful and they make sure all transactions are fair to the customer and provide finances to the Habitat program. After all - the stores primary purpose is to support construction of new homes. I must also mention that Hansel and Andrea have passed on their excellent customer service to newer employees like Deshawn. If you ever have a question or an issue every employee will do whatever they can to help”

I had issues with shipment on a box frame that I ordered online. I called the Concord Ave location and asked if he was able to assist me with tracking my order.
He not only provided multiple options to resolve my concern, but he also acknowledged my situation and showed empathy. Mike was attentive and ensured all my concerns were addressed to have my bed set before the holidays. Mike truly took his time to hear me out and ensured I understood the entire process. I never once felt rushed with him and assured me that everything will be ok.
In addition, Mike always “kept the door open” with me by telling me not hesitate to reach out if there are additional things I need. He felt warm, personable and approachable.
As someone with years of retail experience, Mike hit the nail on the coffin with his customer service and social skills. Thanks Mike!”
