Labcorp is a conveniently located and clean medical lab that offers blood work services in a friendly environment. The staff, especially phlebotomist Marissa and another helpful team member, are praised for their friendly, professional, and upbeat attitude. Marissa is noted for her quick and minimally painful blood draws, making the experience more comfortable for customers. The office features a window in the lab room, allowing patients to look outside instead of directly at the needle, which helps ease anxiety. The reception staff is courteous, and check-in is straightforward, sometimes even allowing patients to get their blood work earlier if they arrive early. Parking appears plentiful, though some visitors opt to use public transportation due to proximity. While the location is seen as convenient, especially for residents nearby, some reviews mention that appointments are now required and often fully booked, leading some to prefer visiting hospitals or other labs for quicker service. A few customers have experienced frustrating moments, such as unprofessional behavior at the front desk, but these are often offset by positive interactions with other staff members. Overall, Labcorp is appreciated for its cleanliness, helpful personnel, and ease of access, making it a preferred choice for routine blood work. The staff's helpfulness and the comfortable environment contribute to a generally positive experience, despite occasional service hiccups.
