Recently I was at another Lab in the area for me, and it was the opposite,- long lines, one attendant only, not friendly sign in process. “I’ve only been here once and was a drop in. I was seen very quickly, the check in process was easy, the waiting room was big enough and the bathroom-for urine sample was clean. The phlebotomist was efficient, but not overly friendly. I plan to come again and hope the next experience is as good as the first. I also hope the phlebotomists gets herself a personality. ?”

“I dropped into this Labcorp location for routine lab draw. The lobby had a few folks waiting and it seemed pretty busy. The woman working reception also turned out to be the phlebotomist. My experience with modern lab offices is they typically understaff their locations leading to backups and frustrated customers. I witnessed phlebotomist Marissa courteously and professionally handle the workload with a friendly demeanor and attitude. It's clear that some of the clientele were repeat customers who enjoyed their interactions in this office. When it was my turn, my visit was prompt and uneventful. Marissa was able to draw quickly with minimal pain. Nobody enjoys going for a lab draw, but my experience today means I won't dread the next visit here.”
