“I’ve only been here once and was a drop in. I was seen very quickly, the check in process was easy, the waiting room was big enough and the bathroom-for urine sample was clean. The phlebotomist was efficient, but not overly friendly.
I plan to come again and hope the next experience is as good as the first. I also hope the phlebotomists gets herself a personality. ?”
“Prepare to wait. Tip: the wait is much shorter if you have the time to book an appointment. Appointments are booked heavily so do so as soon as you can. Don't put off making an appointment. If you need an immediate appointment you may be out of luck.”

Recently I was at another Lab in the area for me, and it was the opposite,- long lines, one attendant only, not friendly sign in process.
