They've lost or cancelled my sample/test twice now. This is also after I had to come back a different day when I had the last appointment for the day but they closed early. So tired of this place. No wonder it's always empty when I go there.

Do not make an appointment here, 90% of the time they’re closed and they don’t reach out or anything and allow you to make online appointments still. So annoying and a waste of time.
