What I needed only required 1.5 hours, so I chose to go get breakfast and wait. During that time, I received several updates via text including pictures. They advised me on what I needed to do soon on the car as well as maintenance I could delay. It was an easy and pleasant experience. I will bring my other car in soon.”

“A great shop run by really good people. Shortly after purchasing our used (110,000 miles) Chevy Express 3500 cutaway van, it broke down a few miles away from Just Joe's due to faulty work at a nearby Jiffy Lube. Because we already had a big rescue trip through Oregon and Washington planned for saving dozens of shelter dogs, Just Joe's was able to get our van fixed very quickly. They were able to diagnose the problem and prove that it was the fault of a Jiffy Lube tech that installed the air filter backward which choked off all air intake to the engine.
While the van was in the shop we had them do a thorough inspection, as we had no maintenance records or idea of how the Chevy Express was treated in its first 15 years of use. Just Joe's recommended a general tune-up along with new shocks and few other things needing attention. We made another appointment with them and they took care of everything very quickly, at a great price! The van left the shop in excellent running condition.
Just Joe's has very tall, long mechanics bays which are especially good for owners of extra large vehicles: RVs, cutaway vans, utility-trucks, box-trucks, high-top cargo vans (Sprinter, Transit 350, etc.) and even school busses. They work on these type of extra-large vehicles all the time, so you can be confident that this is their area of expertise.
Lastly, it turns out the owners have rescue pets of their own that come to the office every day. Our kind of people! We would happily bring them more business in the future.

“Came here for a synthetic oil change for my Audi. Carlos was very friendly over the phone and I arranged to drop it off in the morning for a few hours. They got the job done using Mobil 1 oil, which was a nice to see. He also ended up charging me less than quoted. They specialize in German and Japanese models, which is perfect for my two cars. And since they are both high mileage, I have a feeling I'll be back soon enough.”

“My elderly In-Laws needed my help finding a new set of tires for their vehicle.
I found Tire Choice Auto Service Centers - Concord via the internet. I went there directly and spoke to David who took his time to listen and understand my situation. We went over the different tire options available and he even odered the tires to be delivered from the warehouse without having me prepay.
David took my word I would return upon the scheduled appointment date.
On the day of my appointment, David called to let me know the tires had arrived. I made my appointment time and the installation was completed in a timely fashion (about 2.5 hrs.).
In a time of average to terrible customer service that people usually get, it was nothing but a great customer service experience that I received.

“First time buying a new car and all the staff here made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Khalid and Abdul were very informative and eager to work with me on a good deal but I never felt an uncomfortable pressure to sign before I was ready which is something I really appreciated. When I said I needed to sleep on it they understood and then were very quick and patient to respond to all my questions over text the next day. I test drove my car Friday night and was driving it off the lot Saturday afternoon. Overall, something that I found to be a daunting task was made to be such a pleasant experience by everyone at Future Ford of Concord.”

Pulled my air filters out to show me how dirty they were instead of just telling me, and suggested I replace one but could wait on the other instead of just pushing both. Gave me a discounted price when I opted to do both anyway. Only reason it’s not 5 star is because it took longer than they told me it would. Wasn’t an unreasonable wait and still better than the Concord Ave times, but not the 10 minutes they told me. Will return.”
