Went to the dealership for a recall who tried to sell me some additional services but I was suspicious so I brought the vehicle to Jeff. Sure enough, there was nothing requiring attention at this time. And no charge to inspect and test drive my vehicle. Wow! It's comforting to get my regular oil changes from them (which are very reasonably priced) and have them look over my vehicle because I know I can trust them when a repair is really needed.”

“After moving to Walnut Creek I was in need of an auto service repair shop; through a referral I started taking my car to Gilmore’s. Over the last year or so I have needed to take my car in for a one or two issues as well as basic oil change & have been very happy with service. They are very thorough in their work & have been really good on keeping me updated on repairs or service in general. They also are good about following up and checking in after service has been completed to make sure everything is in working order. Everyone I have interacted with is very friendly and accommodating. Josh especially is really great. Although their service fees are a bit higher than those I paid at my previous shop, I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. “I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he is really very helpful. I find he is honest. When he could have charged me for unnecessary services he hasn’t. He takes my car in as a walk in and is always pleasant to work with. Lastly, his prices are very reasonable. I’ve been here a few times now and will say this the car is never returned with a new sound, sent, scratch etc as it usually is when you go to non dealer repair shops. Thank you Desi Auto Repair.”

“We have lived in Clayton for 3 years now and find ourselves using Tire Choice on Clayton road for all of our vehicles. Last year they replaced both front struts to our truck and we bring our other two vehicles in for maintenance and oil changes often. Their customer service is always above and beyond.
Today was beyond exceptional that I HAD to write a review. We popped a tire on our trailer and were stressed out about getting it replaced, my husband drove to TireChoice and spoke with David, the current store manager. David helped us get a replacement tire clocked off and on his way home from work came to our trailer with tools and was readily there to help, he changed our tire and we made a new friend. We love local businesses, we love that David is a local in our area and soo willing to help. For this reason I will always steer people to Tire Choice-Concord. Thank you David!!”
