“i walked in with my dog sniffing al the cleaning supplies near the door and someone immediately came over to show me the grain free options. the guy even asked what my dogs name was and knelt down to pet him while i was deciding. my pup ended up picking out a new squeaky toy on his own, which was kind of embarasing because he wouldn't drop it. we definately ended up leaving with more than i planned but thats fine because the prices here are better than most places. overall it was a good experience and im planning on making this our stop for the next food run. bottom line would go back ten out of ten.”

“Our local Petco closed in San Leandro. I decided to visit this location since I was in the area. The cashier was super nice (Angel Marie) and even discussed the auto ship option and how we can be saving. I decided to opt in.”

“I visited the rororiri store during a recent trip to California and had an amazing experience. I purchased a beautiful maxi dress for myself that I absolutely love, along with the matching Dog's Shirt Nova for my pup. When I got back home to NYC, I realized the size 6 was a bit too small (despite having checked the measurement guidance prior to purchase). I reached out to their customer service team, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They took the time to review Giorgio's measurements, confirmed that a size 7 would be a perfect fit, and seamlessly facilitated an exchange. The customer service is top-notch, and their clothing - for both humans and dogs - is so chic. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the Palo Alto area, or checking out their online shop!”

“I have grown up not to support pet stores as majority of sales personnel hand over the animals they are selling without screening the buyer. When I first met Cherlynn, Cher, she caught my attention due to her compassion, knowledge and care towards the animals this store had. I have bought several animals from her, and have become a loyal customer. Every time I visit the store I always ask for her. Thank you Cher for your customer service and passion towards the animals you sell out. They need your voice...”

“I have to say that this location has the most helpful people working there. I was asked if I needed help, but not rushed or hovered over while I was looking around. The lady at the check out even helped me verify a specific property about one of the dog toys I was thinking of buying. Thanks to her help, I didn't buy that one because my dog would not have liked it, but the one I did but is already a favorite. I didn't get the lady's name so I have to say to the woman that was working at the checkout counter between 2 and 2:30pm on Jan 29th, thank you so much for your help. Great shopping experience.”

“I go out of my way to have my dog groomed at the N. Walnut Creek location. I've never been disappointed with the quality of the groom for my large sheepadoodle.”
