Horrible customer service, managers who are disrespectful, coupons and sales that are poorly worded and make you feel like an idiot while the management makes you feel worse, and generally an unpleasant place to be in.

I put a shampoo into my cart and by the time I managed to my way to the counter the bottle had blown up. Shampoo was all over the bottle.The cashier Joseph was super kind in helping me clean it up and grab a new one. He said he was new so KUDOS to the hiring manager.
