“While spending the weekend with my friend, we had a scary, spin out accident during a hail storm. When we survived unscathed, she decided that maybe we had good luck that day and wanted to buy some lottery tickets. She was also craving chocolate. I wholeheartedly agreed that we couldn't go wrong with the purchase of both lottery tickets and chocolate! We drove to this convenience store and gas station with anticipation on our minds. They have a pretty impressive selection of not only candy, but snacks, beverages and even sundries. I had a hard time making decisions of what sweets to splurge on but eventually narrowed things down, after studying the huge selection of candy bars. The nice cashier also sold us "quick pick" lottery tickets along with our chosen treats. I felt a little better after having a long weekend of ups and downs. The tickets weren't winners but the chocolate at least brought my spirits up. Sometimes it's just the little things in life......”
“At first glance, the place seemed run down and a bit dumpy. However, upon actually getting out and going inside, I discovered that it was actually quite clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms, in particular, were clean and even had a funny sign on the door reminding patrons to keep them clean and for the men to put the toilet seat down...real talk. In addition to the clean facilities, the snack selection was decent. They had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable when compared to other stations.”
